Things I liked in this college is faculty behaviour is good.
All kinds of sports are played in this campus and if you win u can get chance to play at state leve

Dislikes

Campus location is not too good and main markets is located at 4km distance
Transportation issues after 8 pm u will not get any vehicle to go railway station

Course Curriculum Overview

As I m interested in computer so I choosed computer science engineering. In this college once in a month u r going to company visit. Timing of exam are good as 1st internal will held in September,2nd November and ur final will be last of December

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 78200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees has increased this year 10k so total yearly fees of BTech is 89200. College is located at shankarpur, selaqui. Placement is also good. All courses are available in this college as AIML, CIVIL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING,BPHARMA,D PHARMA,BBA. All things are good and faculty is also cooperative with students. All sports and cultural program are available

Campus Life

In this college all festival are celebrated except Diwali and chath puja. All party like fresher party,fest,etc. In this college hackathon competition is also held and many more. Labs are good and canteen is also available

Admission

I preferred this college upon another for fees structure of this college and company placement. Every thing is good in this college only if you want study and have some fun. Eligibility is u are passed in any stream and scored above 50 percent and if u have scored good percentage in ur 12th then u will get scholarship or discount on ur fees. In admission process u have to get ur all documents with u as adhaar card, marksheet etc

Faculty

There are total 40-50 faculties combined all courses. Faculty behaviour is good. There are total 3 exams are held in one semester and marking is depend on you as u write answers correctly u will get marks. Internal exam are easy but external exam are little tough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

Comprehensive college experience balancing academics placement and campus life at JBIT

I applied to several colleges like graphic era university dit university and uttaranchal university I got confirmed admission from jvit and graphic era but choose jvit because it is offer better balance of academics and extra curricular like badminton plus more affordable I got rejected from Uttarakhand university due to higher cut off my entrance its four wasn't good enough to make it there eligibility 10 + 2 with physics chemistry mathematics exams accepted J main Uttarakhand stated entrance exam UK see most students prefer Jamie cut off Jaime around 50 to 60 percentile overall experience the admission process was smooth I applied online attend a counseling session and got in based on my jee main score that's it...Read More
