- Campus culture so good.Both Indoor and Outdore Gym is available here.
- Events are happening here in span of 2 months. University's sports culture is very good.Umang is annual event that took place in winters for 5 days,which comprises of many outdoor and indoor games.
Dislikes
- University is now in it's initial phase so not big infrastructure is available here,but whatever is available is awesome.
- No regular classes commence here because i have earlier mentioned that infrastructure is not very well. But classes took place at weekend
- No big canteen is available here, but a small canteen is available to take care of your small hunger
Course Curriculum Overview
You know it's a engineering course and in modern era computer science is in demand. My aim is to IIT's which i didn't made, Because here number of gate clearing students is impressive this is why i choose this university over all. Frequency of exam is quiet good,there are exams in every month so we have take care of that
Internships Opportunities
Our college has ties with several companies in patna . In which college provide a opportunity to us to do internship . Internship are provided in 3rd year by college which last long for 2 months Obviously it's not a paid internship
Placement Experience
Placement scenario is here is not very good Don't expect that tech gaints would come here to recruit you. But some companies like TCS,scotland bank,wipro Mahindra finance are visiting annually. Which make it impressive placement. Average placement you would expect here is 7-8lakhs. But after campus placement scenario is very good here, some of student placed in amazon and microsoft at high package. But here not everyone takes placement,they aimed to go iits by clearing Gate
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fee for a regular Btech student is 42616Rs. Semester wise it is 21000 for odd sem while 21616 for even sem. Fees is not increasing here,but decreased in last year.Last year , 54616Rs is annual fee for btech students. Fee is same for all of the students. Several scholarship schemes are there like NSP and State funded scholarship for bihar students
Campus Life
Umaang is annual sports fest that is helding in winter usually in january or precisely after 26 January. Here our university has a very big library which has large amount of books which are related to our subjects,and of other departments also
Admission
I have applied for CIC delhi,MGCUB,HNBGU. But i didn't get cic because of high cut off for my category. But i get both of these mgcub and hnbgu, I found mgcub is better in several aspects so,i have cancelled my addmission in hnbgu and refund,after i take addmission in it Addmission process very simple,you have to choose mgcub in cuet form when filling the entrance form.After declaration of results fill mgcub addmission form separately then they would publish a merit list,if your name is in merit list come hera at specified date offline and pay fee of 1st sem in DD mode and you will get addmission.
Faculty
Now in btech total of 120-125 students are here and permanent faculty are only 5 and guest faculty are 7.So faculty to students ratio is 1:10. We share a healthy relationship with our faculty members,they are very cooperative. Difficulty of exams here is moderate to slightly difficult.One can pass exam with one week of preparation
