Remarks
Overall the college is good with nice crowd and an affordable fee structure. The commerce and Economics department are really good with nice faculties. The college level in terms of infrastructure and the physics and Hindi deep payment aren't that good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Bachelor's in Economics Honours has the most vast and apt. course structure ranging from Macro to Micro, Stats to Ecotrx and various theory subjects. Syllabus are updates every semester. For bachelor course is of 3 year and in each year there are two semesters. Every semester an exam is there which you have to pass, and your scores are cumulated each year.
Placement Experience
The Placement Cell of MLNC is active and every year 6-7 companies come up to recruit. Major recruitments are done from B.Com students. Companies like KPMG, Delloite, P and G comes for recruitment. Apart from these Decathlon and Inshorts also recruit students of English Honours.
College Events
In every odd semester there is college elections, which is no less than a event. Apart from it every even semster societies and department fests also take place. The commerce society- Cambrosia and the economics sociert- Whirschaft are quite good. The annual fest of the college is also good followed with star night.
Fee Structure And Facilities
MLNC hast themost least fee in all DU colleges. An average tuition expense of student would be 15000 ( approx.). It's quite feasible to all students. Because of the fee many students opt for the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't availed for any scholarship. But fee concessions are provided for Economic Weaker Section students. It's easy to opt for the fee concessions. The college also provides for laptops to the students which must be returned at theyear end.
Campus Life
The college has a huge playground. There is a volleyball and a basketball court with is not maintained by the school authorities. The library is very good and has alsmost 5000 books of every subjects. The computer lab and the library room are both air conditioned. The college also has a seminar hall with a capacity of 60 people.
Alumni/Alumna
There isn't any great or notable alumni from the college. But Pappon the singer is a dropout of the MLNC. The seniors are very friendly and they also conduct the orientation and ice breaking sessions for first years. No raaging takes place in the college.
Faculty
The Commerce, English and Economics faculty are best in Douth Campus. Mostly teachers are PHD's. As of physics and chemistry and Hindi the faculty aren't that great. Moreover the facility also gets changed as per the subjects students opt to study.
