Course Curriculum Overview
NCWEB is providing girls a special opportunities so that we can attend the classes on the weekends or some others days and on the other regular days we can pursue something else which is our main purpose and this is quite affordable so we think this has the great option in which we can apply and get a degree or enhance our skills .. as well as Miranda House is a great reputed college with itself gives a reputation to ourselves and maintain our CV..and we can call ourself a proud DU student.. As per the new education policy the curriculum itself evolved a too much and now it's supports the basic education or providing the best level education and something which is indeed required by the Student of this generation and helping out to enrich interests in the particular subject field.. For me the course curriculum must include some basic life skills which is essential in this contemporary world. If you have studied everything the exam is gonna easy for you for sure..
Fees and Financial Aid
So hey everyone .. I am student of Miranda house university through the NCWEB(non-collegiate women's education board) . Which is only for Delhi girls My centre is Miranda house . 1st year fees:- So fees of BA Programe for the 1st year is 7130 rupees..which is quite affordable. This amount is same for all the categories.. tution fees is 0 .. Association fees is later charged after this which is 350 and also when we fill the exam form that fees is also payed by our own that is not included in the 7130.. Various scholarships outside the campus are available from which one can apply in which their eligibility fits best.
Campus Life
As Miranda House give huge exploser to various clubs and society which are important for the development of a individual but trough ncweb organisation no such facility is given like club socities or some fests extra..
Admission
Although I was trying to get into Hansraj College but I didn't get there because it was b co-ed college so I wanted to go in a fully girls college where I can concern about my safety first then also Miranda House is the number one college as according to the nirf ranking for the past 7 years and this year Miranda House is rent as the second colleges for the nirf ranking. No I didn't get any rejection from the other colleges. If you are taking admission through the NCweb then for Miranda House in the first cut off your 12th percentage will be higher than at least 88% marks and other cutoffs the percentage will go lower and you can get admission so through and ncweb the admission is given on the basis of cutoff of class 12th. The overall admission experience is quite nice this was a roller coaster ride .. Overall everything is quite good
Faculty
The faculty is very nice.. their knowledge level is superb . Everyone is so supportive and never gets irritate even we can message anytime and not only study or exam related they guide as on various other topics .. like skills and other personality development sources and introduce to various opportunities.. concern about each and every child. There are many teachers we liked but Sumit sir is the best teacher.. we even leave our batch to take his classs .. his approach of teaching is too much awesome ???????? . There is no faculty I personally don't like . There will be 7 exams and the main 3 will be of 90 marks and 70 marks will be of practicals.its my 1st semester so I am going to give exam in January. So till now I have given no exam
