- THE GIRLS TO BOYS RATIO WOULD BE 1:4 WHICH WOULD BE SOMETHING I DISLIKE.
Course Curriculum Overview
As we are told in the beginning of the college that Law means power,so that has really influenced me to take up this course at first.I personally feel that law is one of the priorities of the nation and hence knowing about the sections acts and the constituion is my favourite.There are moot court which prepares us for real time court scenarios and as per the exams we get enough time and the paper is easy to moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Infosys,wipro have offered internships to various students in the law college.Students work under experienced lawyers and learn a lot.They are paid a decent amount as stipend.Students have to do unpaid internships from semster 2 so that they get used to their work for future.
Placement Experience
From the 9th and 10th semester students are eligible for placements which the faculties prepare them for very nicley.Almost 90% os students gets job offer and few opt for external offering..I personally am looking forward for college placements.Companies like wipro,Infosys have offered job..The highest Package is 50 Lakhs whwreas the lowest is 5 lakhs P.A
Fees and Financial Aid
I AM STUDYING IN SRM LAW COLLEGE AND PURSUING B.COM LLB(HONOURS) COURSE...IT IS AN INTEGRATED COURSE FOR 5 YEARS FOR WHICH I AM PAYING 2LAKH PER YEAR...EXAMINATION CHARGE FOR EACH SEMESTER END EXAM IS AROUND RS2000...THESE ARE THE ONLY FEES YOU HAVE TO PAY WITHOUT HOSTEL.
Campus Life
The campus is really big in area as there are many colleges of different departments.There are fests almost every 2 to 3 months.There are various clubs open for all students and festivals of all the culture are celebrated inside the campus.The campus is awarded for its greenery and cleanliness.The classrooms are air conditioned with projectors.There are sports opportunities for every student although one has to work hard to get into the college team.
Admission
The standard this college has is one of the best.There are many students with passion for growing in life which creates a inspiring environment.One of the parameters for which i choose this college is that it has all the academics,Sports and fest culture.Other colleges I felt like Fests are one of the most priority for them than the rest of the aspects but this college maintains the fun with discipline.. Admission in this college is done by filling up application in website and then visiting college with parents for verification 1 week before orientation.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio would be 1:10...The faculty to student relationships arr very nice..students can be really frank and open with al the doubts and questions they have..Mostly I personally like all my faculty...The best would be Constitutional Law Faculty,Accounts Faculty and many more.I personally have no dislike for any favulty.There are 4 exams for us...2 cycle test for 50 marks...among which 5 marks would be taken into consideration for internals...The best of two would be taken..Then there is model exam of 70 marks for the whole syllabus of the semester followed by the semester exam which is the last same for 70 marks.At the end 70 marks of semester marks and 30 marks internal are taken into consideration.The difficulty level is easy to moderate and mostly all clear the exams.The course curriculum has 6 subjects each semester and is really good for a law student.
