- The college is far from the city and explorable like others
- The half build infrastructure like swiming pool and etc
- Amenities is not quite nice as everything seems to be.[ex.food ,especially for south students]
Course Curriculum Overview
The cse curriculam at Nit agartala provides strong foundation with good relevance to the industry.however containing focus on practical learning ,regular updates to maintain alignment with technological advancements, and support for student well-being during exams could elevate the curriculum further.
Internships Opportunities
Internship oppurtunities at NITA are quite robust, providing students with valuable indutry exposure and chance to apply their theorectical knowledge in real world, here are some of the companies offers respective intern roles such as Tcs[sde role], wipro[data analyst], cognizant[it role], google[sde], amazon[sde] etc..
Placement Experience
The Students will become eligible for placements from 7th semester, Many of the companies will be visited and 80 percent of students are placed from the last year report, likely phonepe, Amazon, Goggle, Flipkart etc.. will be visited too levaing great oppurtunities for students.
Fees and Financial Aid
As of now the intial course fee is 7000, and semester fee will be around 5.5k-6.5k for each semester and hostel fee will be around 25k at most for the ews students with income less than1 lakh,sc and st students and other small fees like development fee deducted along with hostel fee, And scholarships too available for the students like fee for general category and nsp for others [ FFE-40k to 60k, NSP-varies but sum will be great], student loan is available too for financial aid.
Campus Life
My time at NITA has been vibrant mix of academic pursuits and lively social interactions ,punctured by festivals and Tech fests that foster strong sense of community ,the library serves as knowledge sanctuary, the classrooms provide a blend of technological touch, sports and extracurricular activities are pentiful to develop skills outside classroom, clubs and social run groups actively works in respective ones.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is quite bad , nothing more to say about it the hostel provides a room with closet ,chair, table and a bed. The meal is okay but i prefer to eat outside and menu is good aside of taste, the accomidation of hostel for 1st years will be a different process,
Admission
Choosing NIT Agartala over other colleges hinged on its strong academic reputation, placement opportunities, and robust curriculum tailored for industry readiness. While I faced rejections from some top-tier institutes due to high competition, the admission process at NIT Agartala was structured and transparent, ultimately leading me to a college that aligns well with my academic and career aspirations. The combination of these factors made NIT Agartala the right choice for my engineering journey.
Faculty
The course curriculam is excellent as faculty and student relationship is quite good , and the faculty is easily approachable ,the system is quite sincere and sem exams will be conducted and sub exams like class tests will be conducted for internal marks.
