College

The mentality in this college students is to just pass the exams. Here is good social life. But academics are not good and lazy faculty. Great Events are held. Attitude of some teachers are not good and some teachers are very annoying and super lazy college.

Course curriculum needs to be updated. New things must be added up. Exam structure is very easy there are 2 phase insem and endsem. Till SY insem has 2 online exams and endsem has 1 theory exam and for TY and B.E there is theory exam for both. Also there are practical exams and oral examinations. Scoring in this structure is super easy even studying one day before a person can pass in all the subjects

There is average 3-4 lacs per annum package. Tcs, Infosys come here. Most people gets placed in mass recruitment. College notifies students about internship. There is a lot of scope in placement for cs branch and electronics branch but less scope for mechanical.

There is good social life in college. There is induction and welcome for FY and SY also and some cultural days are also celebrate like traditional , formals , Bollywood days there is carnival in Sept . And most important we have sinhgad karndak it is not to be missed this is the thing everybody is proud of check it out on internet for details

Fee is not feasible for open category but feasible for caste based people fee is nearly 1 lakh rupees for open category and for obc near about 35 or 50 thousand for SC ST there is 10 thousand rupees fees.

I have open category so I pay the full amount but there is caste based scholarship even for minority there is Scholarship and for TFWS. For open there is EBC and for SC ST there is 11 k fees only. In Maharashtra now mahadbt handles all scholarship related work.

We have fair amount of clubs in our college and if you are doing engineering you must be in a club at least once. There is team robotics that competes in robocon every year ,baja ,Supra ,go kart ,anvita drama circle ,ace and departmental teams etc. These all are very good and fun.

In first year I was in hostel. Hostel was good , at that time it was new hostel, cleanliness was ok. Water and electricity is 24 hrs. Security is lineant. But hostel mess was the worst, I tried every mess it is rubbish no cleanliness, they serve you unhealthy food. sometimes you'll see worms in your food in some mess. Just don't trust mess.

I was in robotics team of my college and the seniors I met have immense knowledge and really guides you. Yes indeed they are helpful you just need to ask them that's all. Also I never faced any raging type situation nor I have seen anything like that around the campus.

Faculty here is like 50% good old teachers and 50% new and not experienced teacher. Some teachers are good and enthusiastic wheras others come here only for salary. Practicals are not performed seriously. A lot of them have poor English, and some don't teach the subject deeply. Faculty is very lazy. But there are some teachers who teach us but their salary is not accredited for near about a year.
