Course Curriculum Overview

4

I was always fascinated by how the human body works both the physiological and anatomical aspects of it This degree is the basic fundamental which prepares us to deal with the patients in the real w We have postings in various departments like orthopaedic medicine which help us to understand the subjects thoroughly We have an internal exam once ever three months and a final university exam at the end of 12 months

Internships Opportunities

3

We have internship at the end of 4.5 years We are supposed to work in the college hospital for an entire year The internship is very hectic we have 36 hours shifts sometimes opd vists assisting in the deliveres however the pay is very less compared to the work we do

Fees and Financial Aid

Management quota College fees :1200000 Extra fees for stationary (first year only);45000 Extra fees from the college:40000 Hostel fees deposit:50000 Hostel fees:130000 Government quota College fees:150000 Extra stationary fees:45000 Extra fees from college:40000 Hostel fees deposit:50000 Hostel fees:130000

Campus Life

4

We don't hsve alot of cultural fests in our college Being in the first year we haven't witnessed any fest or cultural activities till now The library is very well maintained and have multiple books and ebooks video to study from During the exam times it is open till 12am which is convenient

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel is maintained very cleanly The rooms are well furnished we have a bed study table a cupboard a bedside table dressing table and shoe rack in the room The hostel food is good we get to have a variety of food which is nutritious

Admission

The infrastructure and teaching faculty is what made me choose this college I did apply to other colleges in Bangalore like ms ramiah and BGS medical colleges but couldn't get in there because of thd high cut off The eligibility exam for my course is NEET in which one is required to score a minimum of 600+ marks out of 720 to secure a government seat

Faculty

4

The faculty is extremely cooperative and motivating they always motivates us to gain knowledge and often asks us to clinically correlate things to have a better understanding Personally I like my anatomy teacher he has a unique way of explaining things through visualisation whichever is very important for subjects like anatomy In total we have 3 internal examinations and ond final university examination The final university exams being the toughest because of the vast and never ending syllabus Due to this a few students approximately 5 to 10 students fail to clear the exams

Night Life

4

We have a gym which is only allowed for boys The campus is beautiful with greenery around and there is a small temple within the campus We also have a canteen which has some great snacks options to explore

Other Applied Colleges

Akash Institute of Medical Science & Research Centre- [AIMS & RC] | Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery [MBBS]

Infrastructure of the college is not that good

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
