- Since this college is only boys so there are no interaction with girls which can be negative point for some
- College infrastructure can be improved as it is too old fashioned
- Number of events in the college can be increased .
Course Curriculum Overview
This course follows the curriculum of the AICTE which includes the teachhings which helps in real life problems. I think this curriculum can include practicals more rather than theory. Exams are held at the end of every year.
Placement Experience
Placements are average of around 7 LPA and approx 60 - 70% of students get placed every year. Walmart , Wipro , TCS , Amazon are some of the recruitors of the last placement drive. Highest package is being offered by tech mahindra of 15 LPA. Students can sit in this placement drive after their 6th semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of Btech CSE from this college will cost approx 5L which includes per semester fee of Rs126500 . This semester fee includes lab fee as well as all the charges for that semester. The othre additional fee includes admission fee of Rs 1000 during admission which a one time fee. As such there is no scholarship being provided by college to any caste but one can apply for scholarships being given by state and central gobvernment.
Campus Life
Gyanagni is the techfest which is organised in november every year which includes events like different contests , competetions among students and with the students of different colleges also. College library have a lot of books and journals which include course books as well as books for competetive exams alsoas well as previous year questions. classrooms are equipped with projectors and mike and speaker setup is also done .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms have 1 fan , 2 almirahs , 2 tables , 2 beds , 2 chairs as rooms are for sharing .Hostel mess gives okfood you can manage but can not expect ahome lik food but have a lot of different options. Hostels are alloted during the admission only.
Admission
I chose this college because here in this college many cultural events are organised whhich make us attached with our culture and teach us lot about our culture. I got admission through JEE mains rank and JOSAA councelling in 6th round. After getting this college one have to fill a admission form which is of around Rs 1000. Through josaa you sshould have minimium if 75% in 12th and if you apply directly than you should have a minimum of 60% in 12th.
Faculty
Faculty members are really helpful and help students with their doubts. faculty to student will be approx 1 faculty per 20 student. AICTE course structure and its syllabus is being followed iin this college which include a semester exam at the end of each semester which is of 70 marks. There are two sessionals of 20 marks each in which average is being taken which contribute next 20 marks of total 100 marks and rest 10 marks will be of the assignments and attendance. The semester are a bit tough but tou can score good if you followed teachers notes which every faculty distribute in college groups and sessionals are easy to score.
Night Life
College also provide facilities like gym , caffeteria , and public library and public parks whcih is open 24 - 7. Hostel timings are like you should enter into the hostel before 10pm and can only go out form hostel 9only after 6am.
