Beauty all around!

The overall experience was good. There are a lot of demerits of college but as I mentioned it mostly depends on us how we manage ourselves in the college and the hostel. There is nothing to get distracted so if you're dedicated towards your goals, gbpiet is a good place to admit.

A little bit of syllabus has to be changed. There are two internal exams of 15 marks each subject and a external of 70 marks. In addition to it 50 marks is associated with the labs. Sheets are checked within the campus itself as it is an autonomous college.

There are opportunities in CSE, ECE, EE, ME, but other than that no company visits our campus for recruitment. Best recruitment happens in CSE. If you're looking for placement only go for the CsE branch. No the college doesn't provide internships. Its totally on us.

There are a lot of events celebrated in our college. First of all is the cultural fest GOONJ that is the best fest happen in our campus. Other than that there is SPANDAN a tech fest that is also good for tech geeks. There is JOSH a sports fest. All three happens once a year.

Fee structure is quite feasible as compared to private college. Its almost ome fourth from the private colleges. Hostels and mess facilities are not too good but they are quite feasible. As it is a government aided college hostel fee is almost negligible.

The scholarship is based on your rank in branch. If you're in top 20% you get 4000 as scholarship per annum. Loans facilities are not there in the college. But you can take loans from the third parties.

There are a lot of Extracurricular activities inside the campus such as sports event, cultural fest and the tech fest. There we organise some private events also some for the whole college and some by the branch societies.

Hostel is mandatory in our campus. There is almost everything in the hostel but there is a shortage of water in the campus. The food isn't not good as expected. If we talk about electricity there is no such problems of that.

Alummi network is too good. Seniors are always their to help the juniors. Alumni helps in the recruitment process they refer talents to their company and it helps us getting a job before leaving the campus. It helps us in exposure to the outside world as the college is in remote area.

Some faculties are too good and some are below average. One can't expect much from a government aided colleges. Its all depend on us how we study and how we manage our syllabus and other stuffs. Seniors are always there to help you out with all these things.
