Intership opportunities are provided from 2nd year onwards but mostly students get internship from 3rd year summer 6 month internship.. provided by many companies and stipend vary from 20k to 1 lakh per month .

As per NIT Kurukshetra placement 2023, the highest package stood at INR 62.5 LPA. The average package at NIT Kurukshetra remains at INR 14.16 LPA.30 May 2024. Placement and internship opportunities are very good in all aspects. About 300+ companies visit every year for providing placement and internship. Many big multinational companies also visit like google,Microsoft,adobe and many others

Zero tuition fees for sc,st and PWD students

First we entered in nit main gate there are two seniors hostels h4and h5 in starting , then by taking left turn from first turn we have our main hostels road starting with juniors hostels h3,h6,h2,H1, then after seniors hostels h8,9,10 Academic building with infinity coridor which have different branches departments like electrical ,. mechanical,civil and cse and ece department are made separately with their labs . Sports complex contains every sports facilities and gymnaism. There are various clubs providing students various opportunities and learning . Divided into cultural clubs such as mad,photog,jam,elad and etc ..and Technical clubs for different branches like microbus,emr, technobyte,icell and more .. These clubs have a huge impact on studnet life especially on first year students which doesn't have knowledge about curriculum and colg life ..

Hostels conditions are good infrastructure are good but hostels rooms are not good but for first year , there are triple seater room the size of room is enough but hostels facilities are very good ,there is one common room where tv is installled and one table tennis table is there , There are total 3 grounds in hostel with two vollyball court and two badminton court. Hsotels fees is not too high it is affordable according to hostel .

Faculty to student ratio is not good but it is improving from last year Several new branches are introduced like Btech in micro electronics and vlsi Btech in sustainable technology Btech in Robotics and automation All seats of all branches are filled. Facilities are good and teaching is good in all aspects. There are two mid semester exams of 20 marks and 10 marks for students performance in class and then final end semester exams of 50 marks . Before end semester practical exams are also done for lab subjects. Mid semester are cleared by almost every student . Some got back in end semester exam .

Night life of college is quite good but there are entry time for students like first year all students have to enter hostels before 8:30 pm and from 2nd year restrictions are less but for girls this entry time is strictly followed for all years . There are maggie hotspot which is opened whole night . There is also night canteen . There is no night life outside college . Places to visit in kurukshetra, like bramha sarovar , science panorama , Sheikh chilli tomb and etc .
