All about NIT Agartala.

Here the faculties always teach in a practical manner. One of my neighbour from my home town was studying here and she is passout of 2021 batch , she told me about all this , so I opted for this course and yes , she was telling the truth, here all faculty and the assistant of labs are so generous and there are many things to learn from them. Exams are moderately difficult which is good as it test our attentiveness to the class we attended .

Here from 7th semester students are eligible for placement. The placement scenerio is good. Many companies like Larsen and turbo, Tata powers, Deloitte come here to take students for placement drive and they get good package somewhere ranging from 7,00,000 to 20,00,000 per year. The percentage of students getting placed is more than 85%. And my plan is also to take a good placement.

We are paying around 75,000 per semester which rounds upto 6,00,000 for 8 semester i.e upto graduation. Also it includes various charges and an SC and ST category pays around 6,000-9,000 per semester which sums upto 72,000 for their whole graduation period. Various scholarships are also available and students are getting somewhere between 30,000 to 1,00,000 per year according to their different quota.

The infrastructure are very good and aesthetically beautiful. With the solid structure of the building and high rise building of 7-8 floors, the college campus has a good number of infrastructure with brilliant engineering. There are many clubs and they are active. They conduct several fest and other activities round the year. The college has safe environment for girls.

Hostel facilities is good. Per semester they charge around 28,000- 30,000 which Includes the message fees. The hostel and whole college is ragging free so students can hangout without thinking of such activities. The mess food quality is also good and different delicious dishes are provided on daily basis.

I gave Jee mains and got this college by clearing the cutoff. Choosing this college over any other college was only because it is near to my home town and in facilities it is no where less than any big university. All types of facilities are available here so i opted for this without even thinking of any other college.

Here faculty to students ratio is around 1:25. Here faculties are very kind and show very humble nature to us. We can easily approach them. Here per semester wise one mid sem exam of 20 marks is conducted and one end sem exam of 50 marks is conducted. The rest 30 marks are counted from internal which includes marks from attendance, class test and quiz, and assignment submission.

Hostel timings for boys is around 5 am - 10pm and for girls it is 5 am - 7:30pm. The library are opened for late hours upto 10pm. There are many restaurants in college campus where students can hangout. Also the sports complex of our college is very big with all type of amenities. Gyms are open until 8pm.
