Informative and detailed review of GBPIET Pauri garhwal

The curriculum of our course is best which prepares the students for higher level exams. Also it maintains regularity , discipline and sincerity among students to do their best. Their are some area for improvement in the teaching methods like teaching the concepts from the basic level which gives a base for the students. The frequency and timing of exams is good because it provides proper time for preparation to the students.

Their are so many companies like BHEL, BEL , L&T, ISRO offered internships with stipends. The projects are very informative which provides a medium to the students to achieve their goals .It also helps in further company placement and increase the experience level of the students.

From 5th semester students are eligible for college placement. Larsen and tourbo, BHEL ,BEL and many other companies visited and provides many number of offers. The highest package is of 9800000 per annum fro ECE branch by BHEL . About 60 percent of students getting placed every year . My plans after this degree is to crack GATE exam .

• For the odd semsters fees is 32280 and for the even semester fees is 37720. For a year it's approximately 70000 for academics . If you want to stay on hostels the fees is 18980 per semester. • The tution fees , caution fees , registration fees , development fees, lab fees are included in semesters fees but the admission fees is paid on the first year. • For TFW the fees is only 7000 every semester for academics. But the hostel fee is equal for all category. • The college is in NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM that is for those students whose parents/gaurdian are below 1.5lakhs salary per annum. The amount is approx 50000 - 60000. The college provides 5000 rupees to the students which are TOP 6 on their respective branches academically every year.

Their are so many activities like GOONJ annual cultural festival and JOSH annual sports festival occured. Our Library have a wide range of materials related to all branches and many other novels and magazines are provided. Facilities like Digital screen and projector is provided in the classrooms and also seminar halls for all presentation. Their are so many NGOs and self help groups run by the students for regular analysis of the local schools and villages.

Their are separate cots available for each student also 1 study table and chair provided by the college. The meal quality is average and the menu idls changeable according to our needs. Registration process is very easy and it is affordable.

I apply to the all colleges of uttarakhand which are influenced under government through the UTU counselling. I choose this college because the Greenery around the college is very good which provides a peaceful nature to the environment of the college .Also it is reachable from my home. The admission process is very easy .All the college department helps the students for submitting their forms and their fees .Very helping nature.

The faculty to student ratio is good and all the classes held at regular basis. Our Head of department Dr Rajesh Kumar haldiya of ECE Department is very supportive and take actions on the welfare of the students and their academics. In a particular semester their are two CLASS TEST on monthly basis and one end semester exam .The level of difficulty is good but the facilities prepares students at that level which helps in the other exams like GATE.

Their are so many restaurants and caffe in the campus area which provides relaxation to the students after the classes . Also the gym facilities are available according to the need of the students. The campus in timing is 6pm for girls and for boys it is 9pm. We can visit the dhari devi temple and so many temples which we can visit .
