Course Curriculum Overview
The main and elective subjects are very up to date with the job market trends which led me to choose the course.Practical subjects are included every semester to help us prepare for real world applications.the semester exams happen once every six months and CT exams in one month of gap.The exams aren't very difficult.
Internships Opportunities
Tcs wipro and companies like bel come here for recruitment and some provide bond based jobs of junior software engineer. Projects are given to the students on internships outside and based off which students design their CV
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees is somewhere around 70000.tuition fees is 32800. There is reservation only for tfw category. NSP scholarship gives back some financial aid for students whose family income is less than 140000 per year.
Campus Life
Goonj is the annual techfest held in March.Famous technical books related to coding mechanics electronics and civil designs are included in the Library.smart board is available.all sports are played here and music and dance as well as acts are supported.clubs related to all hobbies are present.
Hostel Facilities
Two to three windows and one balcony for every room with 3 beds,tables and chairs.The mess food is not good like any other typical state government college.ved food only .hostel and mess fees is around 36000. Rooms are available for rent nearby with good locals as neighbours
Admission
This is the best college I could get for my jee mains rank in state government universities which come after national government universities.I applied to Gbpuat pantnagar as my priority.After that I applied to gbpiet garhwal.I got rejected by top branches at Gbpuat pantnagar because of my score in jee mains.Jee mains scorecard is only required for admission or 12 th score.
Faculty
Faculty members are good and supportive emotionally and educationally.The college curriculum follows the syllabus from utu dehradun. I do not like our HOD Rajesh kumar sir. He does not understand the feelings of students.There are two CT exams before semester exams in a semester.Students rarely fail but get backs which they have to clear in order to get the college degree.The course curriculum is very relevant and up to date with the latest trends.
Night Life
Pink house is the best hangout spot. No free gym in college. Nescafe available.The in time for girls at evening is 6, while boys can roam anytime.Frog hill is a famous hangout spot in the college.The locality is safe for all.
