- The campus is equipped with basic facilities such as well - constructed classroom, labs and a library. The college has made strides in improving infrastructure and many students appreciate the modern amenities offered.

- Limited placement opportunities here, the overall placement record is sometimes considered average. Students may find that only a few companies visit the campus for recruitment and these may not always offer position in top roles .

GBPIET , Pauri offer a wide range of undergraduate programs in engineering fields such as CSE , AIML , Civil , Mechanical, Electrical, ECE , Biotechnology Engineering. The faculty members are generally qualified and experience with many holding advanced degrees and research development activities. The infrastructure is quite decent , but not so much expansive as some of the top - tier engineering colleges . The exposure here is very low . The hostel facilities are available but for both boys and girls but here water facilities are very poor , you have to adjust a lot and also wifi facilities are quiet decent. Now regarding placement rate have generally be good for CSE branch , the average salary package for placed students varies . As it lies in a smaller town in mountains so you have to face a lot of problems regarding health centers and the temperature changes a lot here .. overall , GBPIET offers a solid engineering education and a good specific opportunities in specific branches . The college's location in pauri , while peaceful, can feel somewhat isolated for students seeking a more dynamic and metropolitan environment.
Campus Life
If you want exposure and developed new skills and also want to live college life then sorry, this college is not for you , due to college location but if you want to learn new thinks on your own then here you get lot of time to prepare for GATE , government jobs and many more . I feel that the academics standard can vary between departments or even between different semesters , which can affect the overall learning experience.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are very low as it may not always meet the expectations of all the students. Issues like overcrowding, lack of modern amenities and sometimes inadequate food quality are common concerned here . For every year here are different hostels for both girls and boys . Overall the fees is quiet decent here .
Admission
Due to my percentile in jee mains i got this college as my rank was not good so that i got NIT's . I prepared branch over college, as i m interested in computer science and i got CSE in GBPIET . Also GBPIET rank in Uttarakhand is 2nd .
Faculty
The Faculty members are highly qualified and experience with many holdings advanced degree and participating in development activities. The teaching approach is a mix of lecture, lab and projects , provide a holistic learning environment. But the academics workload is challenging, it prepare us for real world engineering challenges.
Night Life
The entry time for girls is 6:00 pm in hostel and for boys is 9:00 pm due to wild animals roam here like fox , leopards as it located near forest area and top of mountain hills . The gym are available here only for boys . Gate passes are required only for girls to go out from the college campus . Boys can easily roam any time and any where out from the college.
