Course Curriculum Overview

The some the equipment cannot working properly in labs in experimental labs. Sometimes the shortage of water takes place. The haygenic is maintained the floor is daily cleaned and dustbin is installed in every floor of hostel and college

Campus Life

There ever weekand their is sports fevestival is held in college and many students take part in compition to get prize and the winner are awarded with medal. And also the quiz competition held in every branch my theirs seniors.

Hostel Facilities

Firstly you write a application and marked by from superident or warden and pay feees .college also have bank facility. You can pay fees of your college and mess. And warden issue the room which includes a study table light, balcony, fan almirah etc.

It gives the peacefully because their is no public transport noise which help student to constrate on their study. Teacher are good and cooperative nature are also helpful which help student to tackel the exam

Night Life

There is two gym in the college one is in the college and one is in the hostel to maintain student their physical fitness. College has also a library with three floor which students can learn and study peacefully.

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.
