Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum includes the subjects that are of no importance in the real world like physics chemistry mechanical civil and a few more subjects that do not play significant role in your placement journey since you are a student of computer science and you need to be proficient in programming and development rather than just studying the subjects like physics chemistry etc. And the relevant subjects that are important for placements like DSA DBMS OS have a well designed syllabus which will help you in your placements if you deeply study those topics present in the syllabus. The teachers initially teach on a slow pace at the beginning of semester and by the end of semester since there are many topics left to complete the syllabus, they teach in a rush which should be improved and if a unit is left than they leave it up to you to complete it on your own. Talking of the gap given between the exams it is sufficient to tackle all the topics within the provided gap if you sincerely study in that time period but the gap is provided only in the end semester exams and not in the mid semester exams and it is of no significance to provide the gap in mid semester exams because only two units of from the syllabus comes in the mid sem exams so a night would be enough to cover the two units rather than just spending one two days

Internships Opportunities

1

There is a such no company that visits our campus for internship opportunities so one who needs to do internship needs to grab it from the outer sources since the college do not provide internship opportunities. One need to apply off campus for the internship opportunities so there is not any point in talking of the stipend provided or what are the projects or tasks to be completed in order to get internship opportunity since there is no facility of internship opportunities in this college. You simply need to apply and try for off campus opportunities and you are totally dependent on of campus opportunities for the internships since the college only deals with the placement opportunities in the final year of college and no opportunities before that period.

Placement Experience

3

The students become eligible for placements in the last year or it can be said that a student is eligible from the first semester of last year if it is a course like BBA BCA you will be eligible for placements in the 5th semester and if you belong to a 4 year course like BTech then you will be eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package from this campus is 44 lpa that three students got in the year 2022. The average package of this campus is 6 lpa. Almost 90 to 95% of the students get placed by the end of the last semester. I am also keen to grab a placement from the college as I am completedly dependent on college for my placements inside not have any such person working in the field who could help me with the referral or similar thing so yeah it's a complete dependency on college for my job.

Fees and Financial Aid

My average fees per year is around 1.6 lakh and my yearly scholarship is 25000 so the amount of 1.6 lakh is generated after deducting the scholarship amount. Scholarship is given to the students who scored greater than 70% in physics chemistry and maths and the maximum scholarship amount is 50000 which is given to students who scored above 90%

Campus Life

4

A fest name the grafest is held every year in the even semester. In the past 2 years the highlights of the fest were Neha Kakkar and Mohit Chauhan. This fest generally takes place for 2 days in which one day is dedicated to the singer who performs similar to a concert and the other day marks the presence of some popular DJ which is called DJ night and the students dance hard and shake the floor with energy. It's a good place for you if you are fond of studying because there are number of books available in the library and are the books that are very famous like E Balaguruswamy and helps you with the deep learning of the topics and also help you in placements. There are many facilities available in this college like dedicated ground for various sports like a ground for basketball another ground for football and cricket and another ground for volleyball and talking of the facilities in the class it's a well furniture class with the good furniture and smart board facilities available. There are 3 to 4 seminar halls where the seminars are held time to time in which the speaker is a renowned person and with a great experience in the field. The sports are organised every semester that includes cricket volleyball basketball football. There are many clubs and associations like NSS and coding clubs in which a student can enroll himself and participating in such clubs improve your exposure to the world and gain knowledge and experience and one can also mention these things in his resume that provides are strong mark to your resume.

Admission

I chose this college because it's nearer to my residence and I didn't wanted to go far away to pursue my studies. I did not applied for any other college and the eligibility is a bit simple you just need to pass your intermediate and you are eligible for admission. There is no as such cut off to get admission in the university, you just need to pass the examination for if you have any back then clear it to be eligible for admission.

Faculty

3

Faculty to student ratio is one to 100, each faculty takes a class of 100 students and the teachers are interactive and solve your doubts instantly. The best faculties till date are Mr. Rajendra Bisht and Ms. Akshita Arya because they are most supportive of all the teachers I met. The faculty that I don't like is Ms. Megha because she marked me semi allowed in the practical in which I correctly did my codes but even though she did not marked me completely allowed for the practical. There are two exams in each semester namely mid sem and end sem and the difficulty of papers is medium so even if you study thoroughly a night before the exam, it would be enough to pass the exam.

Night Life

4

There are good spots around the college like Sattal lake, and famous temples like ghodahal Temple and Neem Karoli Baba aashram. And for fast food there are many shops that provide tasty foods like the spicy hut and Dev d restaurant. There is a dedicated gym within the campus and library equipped with sufficient items to get your desired output. The timing of college is from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A student can enter within the campus anytime from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but the out time is minimum 12 noon. One can only go out of the college after 12:00 p.m. there is a facility of canteen cafeteria department store that provide with the basic gooddies like food items and basic needs are accomplished via departmental Store like snacks cold drinks or if you want to print something urgently. To stay around the college or inside the college in the hostel is completely safe as there is a good number of security guards serving in the college for the security purposes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
