Remarks

There are many reasons to choose the college but negative side is in the summer time there is very hot weather. Other wise it is very good college. Our laboratory facilities are the best in west bengal.

Course Curriculum Overview

According to my opinion this course must have for your job security. There is semester based exam. The course duration is 2 years. So there is 4 semester. Each year 2 semester. And each year there will be an internal examination.

Placement Experience

Placement is also quite good. The students who will be passed out from this college don't required to think about job. They will be able to find there own job by themselves.

There are many events celebrating in our college. 1. Freshers 2. Fest 3. Sports 4. International mother tongue day 5. Saraswati puja 6. Picnic 7. Bishwakarma puja 8. Inauguration day 9. Teachers day

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is dependent on course wise. Our M. Pharm in pharmaceutics course fee is 2.81 lacks in package. You can also give it by 4 installment. Check, draft or even cash also accepted. The fee is including the caution money.

Fees and Financial Aid

No there is no scholarship facilities from our college in regular. But one having problem may discuss with the faculty member and the chairman. Loan facility is there. They will help you to get the loan.

Campus Life

There are huge opportunities to show your extracurricular activities. Yearly sports organised there. Labs are awesome in this region. There are various modern machines in our lab. Uv spectroscopy, HPLC, FTIR and many others.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college is 20 years old. Oldest pharmacy private college in west bengal. So our alumni network is very strong. Our seniors are also very helpful as our campus is totally ragging free. They are helpful in all ways.

Admission

By appearing in PGET exam. This form releases in the month of April. Exam time and admit card download date can be known from the website makaut.ac.in. Then after the exam there will be a result with rank. After that the university will held a counselling from there a student can choose their choice of college and course.

Faculty

Faculty of our college is very helpful and very friendly to students. They are ready to solve any problem of yours related to education. There are also highly qualified phd degree holder professors are there to help you out.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
