Perks of being Amritian in Amritapuri campus (engineering students )

basically ther are diffrent students who will end up in ECE: who didnt get CSE in counselling , no interest in coding , have oppertunities in software and hardware field if you are heree basing on the above three options(cases) , bruh!! have to know soo many things now collage curriculum provides good base for our job as well as placements too addtional skills and self develpment is always important which makes us stand out of the queue questions papers will be obviosly tough , you have to study accordingly what i recommend is that , if you really interested in ECE kindly go through the subjects , oppertunities and mainly your domain of interest need a lot of capapbility for these subjects

from semester 5 placemnts drives startes , but due to revised curriculum they brought it from smester3 for our batch companies to come but only hire about 10 y0u have first pass the elibibilioty criteria for placements that is the aptitude test and CGPA of atleast 8 above or else dont think about placements for our seniors it went till 20 LPA by volva , APTIV , infosys , cognizant , SLB , IBM , iexceed GEVERNOVA

i am ishika currently studying in amritapuri campus department of electronics and communication engineering 3rd semester i am from non - schroship category slab4 fees structure : there are four slabs of fees which varies for every branch such as ECE,EEE , CSE , CYS Aetc for electronics and communication : seats avaliability of slab 1 (100000) : 15% seats avaliablity of slab 2 (150000) : 25% seats avaliability of slab 3 (250000) : 50% seats avaliability of slab 4 (300000) : 10% batch 2022 - 26 had diffrent slabs than the current batch 2023-2027 and 2024- 2028 accordjing to the rank secured in AEEE , branch and campus are being alloted from 42 selections which they will give us the choice to choose including all the campises of all the branches list wil be provided in your mails where according to our rank we have to choose the branch along with campus where first 10 choices are taken into consideration we have to choose them according to the rank chart sheet which will increase the chances of getting in....... home state candidates are given priority over other state candidates for example , my friend from home state kerala has rank 10000 in AEEE assigned slab 2 , my other friend from other state telangana has rank 7000 also assigned slab 2 into same branch ECE counselling charges: 1000 have to add your details , reservation , 12th , 10th boards students report a lack of clarity and communications from the collage authoritiez more details must be gathered from thrid party sources like youtube scholarships were given for first 5000 ranks only

coming to comaibatore , only one vest biggest fest is VIDYUT which has many technical and non technicalfests for 3 days comingto amritapuri , every festival like onam , diwali , dusshera , new yaer , christmas are celebrated here priorintizing all the religions and people there are some tech fest whwere we will not get any info unless untill it was from our respective department non AC classrooms , yet very big one capacity of 70 students , very big campus with good infrastructure good sport activities for boys and girls too equal oppertunities for boys and girls in all the aspects but for girls hostels , its very striuct if yyou are seen to any of the warden with other gender ypuare done then and there itself boys have more freedom comparing to girls where parents will be secured aboutbtheir daugthers well being

there are 5 hostels for girls there are no A/C hostels in amritapuri campus mine is kaveri , fees of 70300/- along with food and stay ( non A/C ) room of 3 sharing with attached bathroom study desk and cot is provided have to pay for matresses seperate paid cleaning services and laundry services seperate residency for internationals students with luxuries ofcourse PG are avaliable only for post graduate students all the under graduates have stay in hostels itself right after the oomencent dates accouncments and fees payment in the portal you have to arrive here two days prior for hostel accomidation you should buy your own mattress or else pay 3000 in hostel which lists a bucket a jug mattress broostick and all the stuff

i got good percentile but due to being in general category (OC) couldnt make it intio IIT and NITs either right from the very first , i have great interest in VLSI , automations , etc i realized itin my 12th i had exporled it by myself contacting seniors , working professionla setc my next choice was universities where amrita had attracted me for its cultural embrace , oppertunities and collage exposure eligibility if you have more than 75% from your boards i did apply for other collages but couldnt get into ECE

in electronics and communications , girls ratio is much much less then boys ratio obviosly . there are great faculties who understand us very well as students and there are worst faculties too some classes we cannot understand and some can which also includes students determination tooo subjects will be started with basics (semester 1) average we will have 9 tp 12 subjects including labs a value program will be mandatory here for every semester like gilmpes of glorious india , mahabharatam , ranamyanam etc subjects are dificult and easy if you pay attention in the classes and complete the lessons on that day itself grading in done realatively 60 internals and 40 end sem for every subject including lab courses

library is open to all the people can study here peacefully engineering , business , mtech , ayurveds , biotecgnology -- these are the courses in amritapuri campus girls should get to hostels right after classes before 5:30 if you any part of the club we need to get the proof that is the letter from that facutly nor department for stayback in the campus breakfast from hostel in the morning 7:00 to 8:00 lunch in campus from noon 12:00 to 2:00 during weekends lunch will be served in hostel mess itself dinner from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm sambhar , dal , rice is mandatory otjers changes according to week menu (in lunch)
