Course Curriculum Overview

4

Being an army aspirant I selected this course because after completing this degree we get many tech entry in army and get many SSB option and also for a secondary option I am pursuing this degree so that by chance if I don't get selected I can get a placement in an IT company and get a placement with a good package. The areas of improvement in this course can be like not giving this many subjects for studying and can focus on the main topic so everyone can give their best in that main topic not on other subjects. During exam time when the students get out of campus they cause too much rush and the students which are coming to campus to give their exam they gets late

Internships Opportunities

5

I had such a great experience! From start to finish, everything was so smooth and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was clear they really cared about providing a great experience. They answered all my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable the whole time. What stood out the most was how much effort they put into making sure I was happy. It didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another customer—they genuinely cared. The place was clean, modern, and had a really nice atmosphere, which made it even better. It’s not often you find this level of service, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend them to my friends and family. They really deserve all the praise.

Placement Experience

5

The placement opportunities at my college are outstanding and truly a testament to the institution's dedication to student success. The placement cell is highly proactive, ensuring students are well-prepared to face the challenges of the corporate world. From resume-building workshops to mock interviews and aptitude training, they leave no stone unturned to help students excel. This university has a strong network with reputed companies across various industries, offering excellent job opportunities to students. Many top-tier companies like google , infosys , flipkart , amazon visit the campus regularly, offering lucrative packages and roles in diverse domains. The placement process is smooth and well-organized, with constant support from the placement team. Whether you're interested in core industries, IT, or management, there are ample opportunities to find the right fit for your skills and aspirations. This university ensures that students graduate with not just a degree, but a bright career ahead.

Fees and Financial Aid

Overall fees that I submit yearly is about 2.5 lakh there were many concession like 5% for being an army brat , 5% for belonging from Uttarakhand. If you get any backlog in exam then you have to give extra 1500 ruppee for giving the exam again . If you score good marks in you high school or intermediate you will be given a good scholarship and you have to maintain more than 7 CGPA otherwise your scholarship will be cancelled. The motive is for students so that they score good and study well. For confirming your seat in college during admission time you have to give an advance of 50 thousand ruppee in the admission cell to become an official member/student of university. You are given an student id and password from which you can look at your academics like exams , notification, registration , fees , result and all you can also submit your fees from that ERP even from home if you face any type of difficulty you can contact ERP cell or account office of campus and they will further guide you and also help you out. B-tech is the most expensive degree in college after this BCA with 50 to 60 thousand per semester and others too with less fees .

Campus Life

4

Campus life blends academics with social activities and extracurriculars. Key elements include: Clubs & Social Groups: Student-run clubs, cultural societies, and social groups offer diverse experiences, from technical to cultural events, fostering community. Technical Fest : Coding, robotics, tech workshops. Cultural Fest : Performances, exhibitions, and food stalls. Library: Well-stocked with books, journals, and digital resources for research and academic needs. Classrooms & Tech: Equipped with projectors, smartboards, and computers for interactive learning. Sports & Extracurriculars: Competitive and recreational sports, fitness clubs, and outdoor activities support student well-being. Student Portals: Online platforms for event updates, group discussions, and academic resources. For aspirants there are organizations like NCC , NSS with a glamorous achievement in their respective fields they have achieved a lot.

Admission

I choosed this college because of NCC and this college is near my home so many of my cousins and friends used to study here and they all gave me a positive review about this university. Even my father used to work here as security supervisor and he also suggested me to join this university and live in home because during my school time I was in hostel so they wanted me to stay at home because it is not sure that I will be working in my home town . This college was in my priority list .So I tried for DU just for timepass and seeing my knowledge in CUET exam. The students who scored good marks in their intermediate , JEE/NEET , CUET exam or any other type of exam they were prioritized and given scholarship and selected.

Faculty

3

There is not much bond between teacher and student because of the population of students in our course. But during class a teacher approaches to each and every student while teaching so that every students understand each and every topic. All faculty are moderate because each faculty does there work properly and does too mych hardwork to make a student. If you get anytype of backlog you have to submit 1500 ruppee ro give a retest there are many students who get backlog in practical exams and the fees of backlog for practical exams is 1 thousand ruppee and it is easy to clear all backlog and much easier to not get anytype of back

Night Life

5

Nightlife around most college campuses tends to be relaxed but lively. On campus, students often unwind at cafeterias, which stay open until late, offering snacks or casual meals. The library usually closes around 9 or 10 PM, but many students hang out in public areas like courtyards or lounges. The gym generally closes by 8-9 PM as well, though some might prefer evening jogs or workouts to destress. There are many shops outside the campus where you can enjoy with your friends and create memories. If you're staying in the hostel, there's typically a curfew around 11 PM, but it's common to gather in common areas for late-night chats or board games. Beyond the campus, local cafes, food stalls, and fast-food joints are popular hangouts. Some areas may be open late, and the locality is generally safe, though it's always smart to stay in groups. These late-night moments help students unwind, fostering friendships and creating a relaxed atmosphere outside of academics.

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.
