Ece is best course the college rules under ece there will be more chances for placements from ece group the course plan structured by Hod helps students more teaching methods in practical way is quite better as said before mid is for 1 hour end is for 2 hours and internals is for 30 minutes
Fees and Financial Aid
A general candidate should pay 130000 per year which contains two sems it varies as per category fee varies in my batch 66456 should be paid by ews student with annual income less than 12000 like wise it will be 36564 per anam for students 96000 like sc and st students have free tution fee they have to pay only hostel fee my class students fall in different categories as said above there are many scholarships like nsp, reliance,etc
Campus Life
My experience in this college make me to understand how life will be there are 2 main fests for academic year 1) thatva 2)ragam generally no1 is held in October and no 2 is held in February. 12 th largest library in india is in this college with a wide collection of books 8 main categories the classes technically held with a projector there are 6 type of sports with a certain training and 5 games too There are 5 different clubs participating by different language students they are like mime, maha prasthanam.
Admission
Nit is brand of respect in society so i choosed this college it is one of top 5 nits so placements are also at top peak I applied for few other college to just normally but my main focus is nit I got admission through JEE mains examination which I got a cut off of 99.59 percentile and a rank of 7355 of open category rank which made to get a seat in this college
Faculty
Very strict and good invegilation all students should follow management rules exams are divided into 3 parts mid ,end ,internals mid will be for 30 internals is for 20 , end is for 50 marks I like anoop sir most because he is my fa and take care of me this division comes under 1 st sem 1: 50 will be teacher to student ratio
Night Life
Night life is wonder that ever nitc student got in their life in the campus there are many attractive spots like amphi 96 th anniversary for couple and friends College gym provided with 1000 per 3 months and 1 day holiday There are 7 maggi points out the college and many shops many fast food centres College goes like 2 batches morning batches have 8 to12 class and 1 lab and 1 work shop ( if there in afternoon for 3 hours Hostel timings like 10 : 30 pm for 1 st years and 11:30 pm for all 3 years
