Reality of Nit Kurukshetra

Course curriculuam is not so good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness . The curriculum don not preapre us for real world application, The course should be improved in all areas and teacher should be trained properly. THe two mid sem are of 50 minutes with 20 marks and endsem of 3 hours with 50 marks.

as per the revised curruculam, undergraduate students are required to undergo an internship, industrial training , or project work during 6Th semester. This initiative is designed to offer industrial exposue that complements classroom learnong, therby creating competent professional.

Placement is medium it is good before 1 or 2 years but currently it is not so good. From 6 semester student become eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies visited here which include google, wipro. highest placement is 62.5 lpa and average package was 14 lpa . Around 80 percent students get placed here. currently i am thinging of foreign after 12 .

During counselling i have paid 75000 ruppes after that i have paid 35000 as mess fees , I have income certificate having income less than 1 lpa so i don't pay any another fee. if you belong to sc , st category, pwd or having income less than 1 lpa then you don't have to pay any tution fees. Mess food is very bad no body like it any you even can't raise any alligation among them. my batch mate paid 83000 as tution fees for second semester as his income is more than 5 lpa. If you have good jee rank and less income than you can get scholarship. The college infrastructure is medium and faculty is good and helpfull. but some teacher did't gave good marks even if you write good . so at last i want to say that the college is medium and mess food is wrost

The festivals held here are like conflunce and tech parda . confulunce held in sepetember and tech prada in march . There are lots of books available in library means almost every book you can get from there. The facilites is of almost old types and don,t have much technolgy.

Very old facinited facilities in hostel which is very bad . Meal quality is even roast , very bad but amount is 35000 per semester which also inlude hostel rent and all other fee like electricity bill.

I like this college because it is my dream college and i choose this college because i have interest in energy and only this college have that branch so i choose this college over others . i got admission in this college through CSAB processes.

1 ratio 60 is the faculty ratio < The relationship between student and faculty is even not very good. sweeti shah is the faculty which i liked because she is very supporitive . Santosh kumar is the faculty which i don't like because he don't teach the topic in depth and he also don't check the exam, . There are three exam in one semester , two mid sem and end sem. Moderate to tough is the level of exam . around 5 to 10 percent student are failed to clear the exam.

The night life is very good , some shops and even gym at h10 hostel are open all night and we can order food at any time at nigt time. THere is no hostel in time but you should be in campus before 10:00pm or after 5:00 pm. There is no such famous place inside the college.
