Remarks
Overall I would refer my college to any student who want to do engineering at affordable and best place. The infrastructure is nice, faculties are helpful, campus is ragging free, environment is nice and green.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is recently updated and Tula's Institute completely follows the course curriculum of Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. As it is affliated from the Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun.
Internships Opportunities
I have not done any internship till from college but college provides internship in 4th year and the stipend varies from student to student. The opportunity comes to them who deserves it and want it.
Placement Experience
More than 150+ companies visits the campus. The highest package that was offered till date was from adobe and it was of 22 lpa. But average package every year is around 4-5 lpa. And around 90% placement.
College Events
There are many small events celebrated in the college all over the year but two of the major events that happen every year by the college is utkrist, the technical fest and sanskriti, the cultural fest. These two fests of the college is famous all over the Uttrakhand.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is very feasible and it is less than every college in dehradun. One will have to pay only around rs 180000/- per year including hostel, mess and laundry charges. Also college helps in loan and finance.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are given to the meritous students and students in need of loan gets the loan letter and other required documents very easily from college. Student can get whole fees and even pocket money from bank loan.
Campus Life
Tula's Institute have special student body named as vibgyor it has various clubs for dance, music, arts, drama, street acts, technical knowledge, photography etc. Student can join these clubs to improve and show their intrest in extracurriculars. The labs in college are well equipped with required machineries. There are football, volleyball, cricket, basketball grounds.
Hostel Facilities
I would divide rooms into two types AC and non AC. Rooms are spacious and have study table and chair. Each room is alloted to 2 students and there is enough rooms. The AC rooms are charged more than non ac.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni and Seniors are really helpful and friendly. They always help in every possible way they can the whole campus is anti ragging and the Seniors actually take it very seriously. They help in survival and in studies too.
Exam Structure
The semester exam happens twice in the year odd semesters on decembers and even semester on may-june. Two internal exams in between each semesters ensures the continuous development and assessment of the students.
Admission
One can contact the admission cell to get a test date and then the admission is based on the marks one gets in entrance test. The question of the entrance test is basically based on 11th and 12th syllabus.
Faculty
All faculties are well educated and masters in there field. They are experienced and make the teaching and learning process very easy by creating an active and joyful nature in the class. They can be always contacted easily for doubt clearance. And they are very helpful.
