Likes
- The thing which I liked most about it is situated at the bank of river ganga . Which is itself a kind of privilege for the students as they can enjoy the pleasure of ganga aarti and all .
- Old buildings also looks quite attractive.
Dislikes
- Small campus area , which in turn doesn't give the feeling of college.
- Lack of sports facilities. Means we donot have big grounds here at patna campus.. might be good at bihta campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is quite precised and authentic. It also prepared one for real world applications. The thing I didn't liked personally is forcefuully adding eng. Graphics as a subject here to study.
Internships Opportunities
Though I have no idea of internship here as I am also in first year here . But as per as I am concerned internship offered here is at good scale . Percentage of students getting intern is quite good and amount offered is also so good
Placement Experience
Placement stats of our college is quite good . In fourth year students become eligible for placements. Companies such as Google ,pwc etc. visits here for hiring process .this year highest package touched to 52 lacks and average package is 13 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees system here is semester wise . I paid 62083 for 2nd sem .and 115000 for the first sem including sem fee. Fee wavior is also applicable here. I fall in category of 1 to 5 lacks ,family income. Meanwhile sc/st quota avail 100% fee wavior here on tution fees. No wavior is applicable on hostel and mess fee. Sum of all other fees total up to 10000 approx. Includes. Development fee ,lab fee etc
Campus Life
Corona and melange is the main Fest of the college held in january every year. Every book of our course is available in the campus. Sports facilities is not at all good here at college. Many clubs are being operated here by students. Atotal of 25 clubs are here at nitp.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good . Though some hostels are too old here so it may feel like old type things. Or u may say overused . Food quality in the mess varies from good to moderate as per the menu. Registration process is done just after the reporting .
Admission
I did choose this college because of my interest in electrical engineering department. And one of the reason might be due to home state college.which helps me to accommodate easily. Admission process is ass per the joint entrance examinations (JEE ) MAINS .
Faculty
Faculty to student relationship is a way formal and faculties here are so helpful in nature. We can approach them easily in office time. Two main exams are being conducted here ,i.e mid term and end term examinations. Paper level is moderate while some are tough too.
Night Life
There is no night life at the campus arena. As It closes at 10 pm . Gym are sepertad for boys and girls. Hostel closes at 10 pm. Thought it is situated at moderate locality.neither good nor so bad.
