Remarks
The college has a very good infrastructure even one of the best in whole of the university. The classrooms are air conditioned and well maintained. The quality of the students is also good which helps you to grow everyday.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college follows the curriculum of Delhi University and it largely focuses on Micro and Macro Economics for the first two years along with Maths and Statisticd while taking you to theoretical knowledge in your final year. We follow a semester system of examination in which we have to give exams twice in a year.
Placement Experience
Placements provided by college are really good. Mostly the placements are offered for Economics, Commerce and BBE students. This year almost 40 companies came to the campus offering a highest package of 18lakh pa and minimum of 3lakh pa
College Events
We have various societies of Dramatics, Western Dance, Bhangra, Music, Divine which holds regular events along with their Annual fests. Apart from that the Annual college Fest Lashkara also offers a tinge of Punjabi Culture . Events are such that which really requires the mind to be put in.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure as compared to other DU colleges is quite high which goes till 25000 pa. But keeping in mind the fee in private institutions, the fee is quite good and also the facilities offered are really good which covers up all your expectations.
Fees and Financial Aid
Recently, I applied for Australian Awards Scholarship which gives you a 100% scholarship once you are in. The college provided its students with an opportunity this year which is really like a golden chance to go for higher studies.
Campus Life
The college has a record in sport activities whereby it has been winning all the golds of every tournament. It is one of the top ranked college for science courses and offers a fully technical Laboratory for science stream students.
Alumni/Alumna
The Aluminis greatly contribute in placements while helping to get the companies to the campus. Apart from that they are readily available to provide guidance to anyone who ask for it. They are in regular touch with the faculty too.
Admission
Admission is purely based on 10+2 marks in which English is added as a compulsory language along with other three subjects. For ex- if you want to take example in BA(H) Economics then your marks would be calculated as per (Eng+Eco+ any two subjects)
Faculty
The faculty is amazing and very well experienced. They not only helped us in written knowledge but aldo paid good attention to practical applications of the course that we are studying. Faculty is also very much experienced and never steps back when it comes to assisting the students.
