About my college

Our college is better than any other pharmacy college in West Bengal. The faculty members, discipline and decorum, infrastructure are unmatchable. Students come from everywhere and stay in the sidebar where the college is situated and enjoy their college life.

The course curriculum and exam structure are set by MAKAUT and PCI. And it totally focuses on the core pharmaceutical subjects to make a student ready for professional life in the field of Pharmacy. Yes, the lab's course structure gives a focus on research and fair teaching, daily laboratory practical classes take place which help are designed in such a way that it prepares a student for achieving the dream job

The list of events starts with the welcome ceremony and ends with the farewell of the seniors. The plethora of events are celebrated every year. Sports, cultural, social, academical fest are organised. The seniors, teacher take part in then and make it a grand success.

As I study Pharmacy I know only the fees structure of my course. So during admission 76550, the perfect figures are required which includes the admission fees, tuition fees, Caution money, library fees, and various other expenses. The estimated and overall expense of this course is around 5lakh which is quite higher than other colleges but the facilities that it provides is not provided by any other college.

I didn't avail any scholarships till now but there are numbers of Scholarship available and the documents required for it will be provided by the office faculty. One can avail for an educational loan.

The campus of GNIPST is mesmerizing the lush green fields and the environment will make anyone fall in love with it. The number of girls and Boys in college is almost the same and students from every religion and culture come here to get an education. students from other places like Jammu, Bihar, Punjab come here for better education and experience.

There is an alumni association of this college. The seniors, alumni members everyone welcomes freshers and are always ready to help anyone. ragging is strictly prohibited in the college premises as well as outside college and juniors and seniors from every batch have good, healthy and friendly relation with each other.

Admission to this college can be taken only by various entrance exams like JEE mains, WBJEE and also CEE AMPAI. Scoring decent marks and rank in one of this exam and one will be able to take admission in this college. I cleared WBJEE and scored a decent rank and got this college in the second counselling process.

The faculty of the college is really very nice and polite. They treat us like their own heir and behave with us very frankly. We can easily approach any teacher or even the principal to discuss any problem that we are facing, mentors are allotted for every student who guides any student throughout the four years. Faculty members are one of the plus points that help this institute to become better.
