Likes

The faculties teaching are good as they are well qualified. Many teacher will take regular classes but some teacher take one lecture in a week.
The infrastructure is good and campus is also good
The library facility is also good it provide various books related to different courses.

Dislikes

Parking is not good

Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching methods are need to be imroved as there is no smart board the faculties teaches on white board with marker. The end sem exam are taken in after 4 months .

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of btech student is 90000. The college will provide you some scholarship on the basis of percentege of 12 th class like 25 percent fees relaxation for 85 or above percent you have get in class 12 . The college will take you registration fees and admission fees upto 5000.

Campus Life

There is annually taken some functions like sports activities between different courses . Sports activities include cricket, table tennis, football, kho-kho, volleyball and more. The library facility is available also there.

Admission

As I choose this college because I have to reach home daily from college as I am far from this college but I want to reach home daily and I did not want to join hostel . The admission process is easy only on basis of 12 exam result

Faculty

The exams in btech take in semester wise. The exam are not so easy you have to take classes regularly to know syllabus. Also the 75 percent attendance is mandatory in this college. All faculties are good in btech course

Night Life

As I am a daily comer in college by bus . So did not know much about the hostel life but as I have heard about my seniors that the food is not so good. There is no gym in college . I did not know hangout places there.

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
