- Our college campus as there are many buildings and especially some of them are our of this world.
- Our girl gang is such that some of them have been approached by the drama schools as well.
- We have an event called Fashionista where girls have showcased their fashion skills as well.

- Off late some negative advertisement especially of our college has been made in some webseries and that has derailed image of our college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is amazing and the whole atmosphere in the classrooms is amazing always. The whole class keeps buzzing and even the atmosphere is superb. In English Hons our course sticks with the basics and in everything that we study be it corporate or history English language is the essence of it.
Internships Opportunities
The Leela Group and The Oberoi Realty are two companies which deals in hotels as well as real estate were the ones which have us internship chance with them. 1st year students were offered a stipend of 6-8k and as we grow the stipend also grows.
Placement Experience
At Miranda House we have a placement society which is in charge for placements. They run all over the students from training and finding the best suitable companies for each departments. Our branch which is English Hons, average placements have held on to 4-5 lakhs a year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our of all the girls colleges of DU, Miranda House is one of the best as it charges fees lower than the rest. Our fees for my program English Hons is 22000 and last year it was only 20k. Girls have been supported both by government and the college so that needy and deserving both the students get scholarship.
Campus Life
Our campus is quite big and perhaps the only girls college of DU with a hostel facilities. Sensing the demand, our college has blocks for each department and ours is in Arts building. We have a beautiful ground and the only issue the drainage as currently our college looks like a lake indeed. Our annual fest Tempest has a different rhythm altogether.
Admission
I wanted any girls college be it LSR, JMC, Gargi or the others. Every college that I mentioned were my choice above Miranda House but somehow I managed this and the course though was one which I wanted to pursue. Hence, I got to Miranda House.
Faculty
To keep students going, inspiration has to come from the faculties and our faculties have been that vital. They keep mixing it up and they have very very smart with the changeups they make whole teaching.
Night Life
Our campus boasts a vibrant lifestyle and hostels are opened till 9 pm. Triveni terrace Cafe and the most elite pub of Delhi, The Hard Rock Cafe are quite near to our campus and are the places we visit the most.
