My engineering college

I don't think that there is any negative thing to say about the college , but yes the way this college of engineering is developing its flipped learning programme it is definitely an positive thing. And another positive remarks which I would like to mention that with learning your college gives equal importance to fun also.

The course curriculum which is followed in my college is set according to the AITCE and MAKAUT. My college is an autonomous college so it has its own examination body which decide the course but mostly it is according to the AITCE and according to my opinion the course curriculum is very organised and are followed in a planned manner so that we that is the students can get right type of knowledge at the right time. The exam structure at jis College of engineering is very simple. All the b tech courses are of 4 years which as 8 semester that is 2 semesters per year. In each semester two internal exams and an final semester examination is organised and those who have attendence 75% and above are qualified for the examination. The final semester examination consists of written as well as laboratory exam based upon the number of subjects an particular stream has. The lab exam is of 30 marks and the written exam is of 70 marks.Both the internal contains 30 marks each from which the best marks scored by an individual are added to the final semester examination marks to make the marks of final semester exam 100.

Our College have an defined placement cell which is responsible for the placement of the students.More than 70% students get placed in reputed companies every year. Yes my college provide internships but it is limited to only those whore are toppers. So a bunch of toppers from all the streams are selected and then they have to undergo an test and those who qualifies in the test are eligible for the internship programme at Asian institution of technology , Bangkok. Unfortunately I didn't get the internship

So there are a numbers of events that are celebrated in our College. Firstly the farewell event for the seniors are organised every year for the pass-out batch by all the stream respectively. Secondly colleges foundation day is celebrated every year in the college campus with lot of joy and enthusiasm. Lastly all the national event like independence day , republic day etc are also celebrated in our College.

The fee structure is very simple. You have to pay an certain amount during the admission as admission fee and other than that in each semester you have to pay the tuition fee before the beginning of that respective semester. According to me the fee is feasible but it varries person to person and depends upon an particular individual that whether it is feasible or expensive. The duration of the total b tech courses (4years) required approx INR 4lakhs

Sorry I don't have any information whether my college provide any scholarship or not because I didn't get one and neither any of my friends have scholarship. When it comes to loan facility then the college directly provide any loans to the students but an individual can take education loan from the bank and for that college will give an form that is required for getting education loan from the bank. But college has very low fee for those who are economically weak.

In extracurricular activities department jis college of engineering has different clubs such as photography club , trekking club , cultural club , sport club. So an individual can choose any one of the club's according to their interest and join them to get start their extracurricular activities. The labs is all the different streams bof his college are according to the safety norms and has all the required equipment in working condition. So yes the labs are pretty good in my college. And when it's comes to sports your college has an very large and huge field suitable for football cricket and vollyball and other athletic sports

The alumni network of his college of engineering is very strong. College organises alumni Mets not every year by whenever it is possible. Yes when it comes to the senior students they are very helpful and very much friendly with their juniors.

So after Class 12 I have appeared in JEE Mains examination.After the results of both class 12 and JEE mains which was appropriate for admission I went to jis college of engineering , there the personals from the admission cell department saw my results which was appropriate for my admission. And that was the simple process through which I got admitted in the college.

So the faculty of my college are highly qualified and we'll learned personalities. All of them has a master's degree and they all can smoothly teach us their respective subjects. Both the teachers and the lab assistant are efficient in their jobs and we can learn wide range of technical skills and knowledge from them in a correct manner
