Ait, a place to grow

If you get an iit or the toppest of the nits, you can blindly take them , but if you get some low level nits or private or deemed college,there is nothing wrong in considering ait, without post graduates , research, and so on, mentioned in the nirf ranking , ait stands 91 this year, and the intake is also too limited, so the campus is not that crowdy, you would feel bad for not being with your high school friends, but the pune whether, the pune city, the army , all this wud make u love this place

Yeah it s really good, there won't be more pitching towards marks, or academics, u can get the help of seniors, they will guide you, here we simply don't focus on the bookish knowledge, many faculty wouldd ask us to do courses online, there r plenty of books in lib, nd so on

It s the highlight i would say, AIT stands 3rd best college under the pune University, nd according to placement , it s almost THE best in Pune, Computers has the placement percentage of 98%, with avg 8 lpa, other branches are also good

The college is filled with fun activities, competition, and so on right from the day one, with ice breakers to fresher's, from cultural to technical, in areas of maths nd coding, AIT , offers u everything, not to forget the sports,a nd the gym, since everyone is an army brat, the level of importance they give for sports is awesome

The fee is a bit high, nd is too expensive for an army personal to deal with, it would b around 2.5 lakhs per year, including mess , hostel, academics, wifi, other than that you may need 3000rs per month as a monthy expenditure, bt lower than other private colleges.bt you get way too much scholarship, I get around 1.6lakh as scholarship per year

They very exciting and extra ordinary thing about this colleges the scholarship, myself getting around 1.6 lakh per year, there would be no one better than me to tell about this, there is one scholarship called ZS, which gives flat 50% of ur total fee, around 1.25 lakh per year, other than that you get pmss scholarship , if ur father s retired, which is 30000 per year, post matric, child of disabled personal, nd so on.

Half of the college is just grounds, badminton, tennis, squash, courts, there s one very good football ground with grass, which the college has recently developed, there s a track ,for jogging nd so on , if u r a sports lover , u would love the college , coming to the labs , its nt the best, bt u will get everything for the subject you study, nd can never find any equipment, chemical, instruments, deficit

Ait, standing for 25 years , celebrating its silver jubilee, it has a vast alumni network, from people working in the top MNC s like Microsoft, Amazon, to army officers of the highest level, to people with start ups, and so on, the important difference from other colleges, the ait culture with ur seniors, its a kind and friendly one, they help you in all possible means , after all , all our parents are working in the army. you can connect with them via Facebook, or LinkedIn, they are always helpful

Based on jee mains rank, and AIT merit number, first we have to fill in the application form, that only kids of those who either served in army or retired personal can apply, along with our jee exam number and so on, later based on it, u ll be called for admission

There are really good, very helpful at times, since everyone studying here are army brats , they know how dedicated we are, they are always easily approachable, they ll guide you, about academics, future plans, extra courses and so on
