Remarks

College management is fine not so good not that bad just fine type.

Entrance Preview

I got college through AIEEE and uttranchal counselling in which i got 2400 rank in uk in 2005 in current scenario u will get the seat at below 1200.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty was nice and we were having some of faculty which got retired from iits and some gud multi-national companies. They are having better knowledge. but some faculty is also of poor quality (can't explain things better).

Internships Opportunities

No paid intern-ships were offered at that time. We were having industrial tours to ongc and similar like companies for trainings we ourself had to manage.

Placement Experience

Placement is pretty nice and really plus point for this college. They are having a great placement record and have tie-ups with alot of cmm level 5 companies.

Graphest is one of the annual events celebrated which are always having some of the stars as main performers and chief guests.Sunburn was also celebrated. great environment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As per fees structure i consider it to be one of expensive colleges.its charges a huge sum at one time and also demand some small sum of money time to time for some activities.

Scholarships were offers in many cases. you can avail a number of scholarships in the college. But this should better be on financial basis than on caste basis.

Campus life is awesome, you will enjoy the campus,its a beautiful campus with all the facilities available. You can enjoy being in the college. you should go and check that out.

Hostel Facilities

As per my experience from 2005-2006 it was a bad experience for food.Food was really horrible at that time can't state what's the real situation right now. Hope it would have changed.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

They are pretty interactive and helpful. But that also depends on person to person. If you are good at nature you will get a lot of help from them. ragging is least now and if it happens it will be enjoyful rather than forcible.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is just like other colleges. No as such change 3 internal exams and 1 external exam per semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
