Everything is good according to me. College have 75% attendence criteria which can be a negative thing for many students. College provide best library , infrastructure, faculty, food canteen.overall it's good college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum provide by the college is very good and most importantly they offer newly courses and extra curricular activities including dance, sports, fashion etc. The faculty of the college are very helpful to the students that makes it's awesome. The exams are divided into various parts like internal, external and practical exams.
Placement Experience
Thakur college provide best placement assistant. If you are strong in logic and quantity aptitude then you will surely placed in one of top Reputed companies. The companies like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS,L&T , DATAMATICS like company visit for placement. College doesn't provide any internship.
College Events
Fresher party- fresher party held every year for welcoming the new students. The students arrange all events activity. Trishna- trishna held in November or december every year. Tarangan- that's one of main events celebrated by the college as grand events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Depend upon the course that you have opted. Although the fee structure for some courses are high and for some courses are moderate. Like for B.Sc.IT and B.M.M. the fee are very high but rest of the courses are affordable.
Fees and Financial Aid
College don't provide any scholarship or loan facility. Although you can apply for scholarship that provided by maharashtra government or central government.if you belong from minority community you can apply for the satate scholarship programme.
Campus Life
College provide all facilities like labs , sports and other activities which required for the students. College have NSS program as well as NCC program where students can participate according to their interest if they match the criteria of selection in NSS and NCC. College also host blood bank events , social awareness drive like swachh bharat abhiyaan.
Alumni/Alumna
College have large network of their alumni and senior students who passed out. College have in-house android app name BAND where all the teachers and students join same platform. If students need any help they can opt the help from their.
Admission
Fill up the online form on mumbai university site. Then visit college and fill up the college form and wait for the merit list. If your score match with merit list then go for the admission process.You have to fill up the form and pay first installment of your fee according to your course that you have opted.
Faculty
It is a great college. I have done B.Sc.IT from thakur college. A lot of people I know who done same course. The faculty of the college are awesome. They help student and encourage to Learn the curriculum. Overall the faculty and facilities both are awesome.
