Remarks
Positive is college is present nearer to beach which makes it some unique. Good faculty is another positive. As college is new some facilities are absent which is negative. Some things has to be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is according to RGUHS as this college is affilated to it. There will be 3 internals before the final exam among which 2 best performances considered. Exam paper will be from RGUHS. Exam conducted very strictly under strict surveillance.
Placement Experience
Yes college provides internship with stipend after we finish our mbbs course. No idea about how much we will get as stipend. As a intern we may get around 30000. No idea as we haven't worked as interns.
College Events
Events are only limited in our college.we celebrate college day once a year in a simple manner. Other events like freshers party etc are also conducted. And other celebrations like independence day , republic day etc are observed.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As ours is a government college the fees is very very feasible which comes around 1 lakh for academic and also hostel. This is low when compared to other private hospitals.And other expenses are for books
Fees and Financial Aid
All types of scholarships is approved by college office. College office offers good cooperation in obtaining these. Also the bank loan can be made on educational purpose. Recently laptop was given for sc st students in collaboration with the social welfare department. So overall getting various scholarships is easy in our college.
Campus Life
When compared to other colleges extracurricular activities are less. Once a year there is sports day, where various sports events are conducted at college level.No other encouragements is given for other cocurricular activities.Labs are well equippped with good facilities. But theres no play ground of college.
Hostel Facilities
Yes i have opted for hostel. Hostel infrastructure is good. But it's overcrowded. Hostel has mess. But the food taste and quality is not up to mark.sometimes there is power issues. Apart from that everything is nice.
Alumni/Alumna
No such big alumni network. Limited network of college alumni. Senior students are very helpful. Intially they show some seniority. But later they become good friend of us. There is no ragging when compared to other colleges.
Admission
After getting seat in this college alotted by kea , i got admitted to this college with documents quoted by college in its official website. Admission usually takes 3 hours if we have all the documents.
Faculty
Nice faculty who are very cooperative. According to me they are very helpful for students with their coaching. But some lectures will be boring. Apart from that faculties are all well experienced.
