The students on Quora and Reddit reviewed that pursuing a master’s degree from a mid-tier university can still be valuable. Though on its own, it may not always be enough to significantly strengthen your profile in highly competitive job markets. Employers often consider multiple factors such as academic background, relevant experience, and practical skills.
For international students, there can also be additional considerations, such as visa sponsorship requirements. In some cases, employers may prefer candidates who already have the right to work locally, especially for entry-level roles. They mentioned that the placement cell isn’t purely helpful for finding a job. Putting yourself in the market and networking well is as important.

Overview
The MBA program offered by UWS, Scotland, is better suited for professionals who have a decent amount of work experience. The program also requires students to partake in research - both academically and as part of an internship program during the course. The subjects are catered towards managers and towards upskilling their toolset. These points were things that I wanted from an MBA program that I wished to pursue.
