Garden City University Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose bcom Hons because of some personal reasons, but ultimately the objective was to get a degree in finance, hence bcom Hons specializing in finance. I would say some are exceptionally good while others are decent enough.

About the placement, it may start in the fourth semester. Companies like Infosys, Google, Prestige, and Infotech are being placed in our college. The companies offer a minimum of 60,000/- and a maximum of 2,00,000/-

I choose Bachelor of Technology - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The faculty is very good and very friendly with every student. Out timely term is normal and went on very good. Some questions may be complicated but the logic is very easy.

I was interested in science then I fixed in my mind to do b.sc biotechnology then I found this college. My faculty was awesome. We are 60 members in the classroom. Every lecture had a doctorate in thile specific subject. They teach me in a polite way with so many examples and briefly. In the total course, there will be 6 terms will be there.

I opted for this course to pursue a career in corporate world. Faculty were very average, most of the faculty member were same institutions passed out students who lacked experience. We were not professionally prepared for corporate world. Semester were held every six months and it was easy to pass.

Students become eligible after the 5th sem for campus placements. We have this year 15 companies visiting for our campus placement, for my course, Infosys, biocon, Patanjali, Tata, etc are a few companies that will come for campusing. 70 percent of students will surely get placed from the university. I will be pursuing for MSc in Marin Biotechnology.

One of the biggest job fairs used to conduct by the garden city itself and in its own campus more than 150 (don't know the exact numbers I forgot) but more than 150 companies used to come and it used to for 3 consecutive days with all other colleges participating in the job fair. And some prestigious MNC comes Wipro, Accenture etc and some inhouse companies were also there.

I haven't completed my course yet so I don't have an idea about placements. But my college promises 100% placement and I've seen all my seniors getting placements from my college. I've plan of going for a master's degree after getting my bachelors degree.

In 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements and Wipro, Acer, Aditya Birla, hcl were the top recruiters. For a BBA fresher they offer a salary of 15k to 25k. Most of the students get placed in the companies.

There are no placements provided. After the completion of the course of 4, there is a 6 monthly internship program. It has to be done in only the NABH accredited private hospitals and government hospitals. After that, you can work as a physiotherapist in a hospital or you can open your own Physiotherapy center after getting a license from the Indian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP).
