Food technology got higest package of 23 lpa here this motivated me to pursue this course. And this is almost 50 years old branch here and it is evergreen branch no recession in this department their are always some opportunities

In the starting of fourth year students can gets PPO and internship among many companies which provides by college or other sources like senior ,hr . In the year 2023-24 highest package is 19.5 lpa in campus and average package is 7.5lpa and median is about to 8lpa

The campus placements of Hbtu are very good for average students as the trends of campus placement show that almost 70-95% of the students get placed with an average package for all. You may rarely hear that any student is unplaced. Also, the glamorous 1 Cr packages are rare. The average package is around 7 lacks per annum and the highest will be 30 -35 lacs per annum.

You are eligible for campus placement after 6 semester and the companies visited for placement are google, Microsoft,Amazon , hero, Mahindra and l&t .the highest package is 60lpa and the average package is 7.5 lpa 90-98% students get placed in campus placement rest of the students are going for higher education My plans after my degree to get placement on top notch company

The main reason I chose to do chemical engineering in Hbtu was because of the decent placements which it offers. Recently a new building has been constructed for the chemical department which boasts of a lot of new lab equipments and machines. The curriculum for chemical engineering is excellent as it consists of many projects which deals with real world applications which in turn helps you to comprehend the basic work and duties of a Chemical Engineer. The exams are very frequent which is almost every month and that leads to a lot of mental pressure having to maintain your academics with your extra curricular pursuits.

The placements here differ from branch to branch. Tech recruiters are very low here so the placement percentage of CS and IT students are very low ranging from 5LPA to 8LPA so most of the students do not prefer this college for these branches. Students become eligible to placement after commencement of 7th semester. In my branch i.e Paint technology the average salary ranges from 4lpa to 11 lpa with 7 being the average. Some of the top recruiters are Asian paints,nerolac paints, burger, Maruti suzuki, mahindra ,escorts.The highest package offered last year was of 11.2 LPA from Asian paints. Nearly 90% of students get placed in my branch last year and the college average in 75 %. I want to prepare for government jobs.

in hbtu had a decent placement and have good oncampus placements offer. in past year overall college percenage placement is 70-80%. and so many students reject placement offers and go for goverment exam preparation

Placement of Harcourt buttler technical University is pretty good like technology branch like food pain and leather have the good no of placement like 95 percentage all over the college placement is better than the lower iit and lower rank nit of any how placement not then students go for higher studies

Campus placement is quite good as compared to other government colleges. From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Companies are L&T arti industry and offers are provided 35 per cent by arti industry. Samsung also comes in college and number Of placements are quite low.

Placements can be rated as good to moderate level. 100% placement criteria is true for this college but keep in mind it could be individual and mass recruitmental in nature. After completing this cource you can apply for relevant job opportunities if you did not like the idea of campus placement after cource completion.
