NSUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are eligible for internships in their third year i.e from the 5th semester and for placement in the 3rd year i.e from the 7th semester. Almost all top companies visit the company and hire students. 100% of students are placed every year.

One becomes eligible for campus placements right from Sem 6. Companies like collegedunia, goldman sachs, amazon, hero, zomato, microsoft, google, sprinklr visit the campus. The average package offered is around 6 LPA. 100% batch gets placed. Great college reputation for higher education

From the 7th semester, companies start visiting the campus and allows students to sit for the placements. there were many big companies that came to campus for the recruitment like sprinklr, microsoft etc. there were approx 150+ companies that visited the campus. the highest package was offered of 55lpa ctc. and the average package stays around 8-10 LPA. most of the profiles were coding-related like software developers and some other profiles were like analysts and consultants. around 90% of students got placed by march and companies are still visiting the campus for recruiting.

students in the 7th semester are eligible for the placement on campus. Many companies visit the campus for placements including; Bain, BCG, Zomato, Collegedunia, Praxis global alliance, Maruti, Delloite, ZS, etc. The average package at the college is around 8 LPA and around 60% of students get placements. My plan after the degree was to get a good job in management consulting.

At the beginning of the 4th year, the full-time placements season starts. There are a huge number of companies that hire from campus, including both tech and nontech profiles. Tech companies include Amazon, Sprinklr, DE Shaw, American Express, etc among a lot of others. Non-tech companies include Bain and Company, EY, ZS associates, etc as well as CollegeDunia web ltd All students get at least one placement offer.

From the 6the semester, all the students of any branch from our college become eligible for the job placements based on their good records over the past years. Various tech giant companies like TCS, MINDTREE, WIPRO, SUNFLAME, WONDER GEAR and many more companies give paid internships and certificates. Online internships via Internshala is also available. My personal plan after graduation is to open a startup in the telecommunication line and try to expand the business more.

NSUT is best known for its placements, although the placements in our branch are not as good as those in other branches but if you really wish to be placed no one stops you. You can bag software related jobs or get yourself into any non core jobs in sales or management field. The core job opportunities as in most of the college for the biotech branch are almost non existent. You definitely need at least a post grad degree in order to get a decent core job in this field. The placement season begins after you start with your 7th Sem and continues till the end the end the college. There are lot of companies that visit the campus (over 170). Companies like Facebook, phonePe, JP Morgan, Amazon, Goldman Sachs allow biotech branch students to sit in their selection process. Although the completion is very high still you can bag a very handsome package from this branch as well. The average package hovers around 7-8lpa. I wish to pursue Mtech/MS after the completion of my course

After 6 semesters students are eligible for placement. The total number of companies visited last year is more than 170. And the offers were made more than 352. The highest package is 1.25 crore to software engineers and 500000. 100 percent of students get placed in the tech branch and 90 percent of students get placed in core branches. I want to get a very good placement from college .

From 7 semester students become eligible for placement and also can do an internship for 2 and 3 years. 170+ companies visited last year in NSUT such as apple, Google, Schlumberger, uber etc. and more than 300+ offers made. And to my knowledge, the highest package is 1.25 crore and the lowest is 4 lacs. 100% of students get placed from tech branches and 85% of students gets placed from core branches. And my dream is to get placement from college with a good salary.

As I m in 1 year so I have not much information about placement but after talking with senior I can able to answer this, the placement is 100%. The highest packages are more than 1 crore for software engineer. The minimum cgpa for placement is 6.total of 170+ companies come for hiring. and my goal is to get better placement from college.
