MIT-WPU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From semester 3 students become eligible for campus placements, but make sure u have more than 60% in both 10th and 12th bcos maximum companies come with the criteria of 60% , and also please do not have any backlogs in any subject otherwise u won't be eligible for placements companies like ibm, Capgemini, Accenture come for placements, overall the number of companies are good Average package is around 6lpa, not quite sure about the percent of students getting placed , but if u have the skillset u won't have any problem in getting placed, my plans are I got placed , and I'll be joining the job after my course is completed

Many students start internship from 2 yr only bit college through internship we get after 5th or 6th semester . The college provide the placement for that their are some criterion. Till now many companies have visited to the college . The top company of pharmacy SUN PHARMA has also visited . After completing my course I'll be doing job then after masters .

there placements in my dept over 70% studnts placed and rest left for higher studeis or gotlaced off campus compianis offer avaerage 5 to 7 lpa and highest offer is 22 lpa my plan are to make sure to creak gate and secuire job in psus

WE have a decent placement. Students from my course get placed anywhere between 6-30 L per annum as a fresher. Considering the whole engineering department we have the highest package of 84L+ per annum by google given to a student from our college

I had a keen interest in this subject and hence i chose this subject to do my bachelors in. Obviously bachelors isn't enough for the real world application. The teaching methods are very well put and requires no change. Exam occurs twice a year, one mid term, one final with moderate difficulty level.

course and curriculum should be improved, it's fine but there is lot of scope for improvement, the curriculum mainly focuses on theory rather than any practical knowledge which leads to less educational growth,

The course teaches you theoretical subjects and also focuses on your practicals as well. There are always various course curriculum in the department for your better understanding of the course. Overall this course focuses on your theoretical and practical aspects

Different branches had different placement records. Talking about CSE almost all the students get placed if wanted and the average package is about 6-7 lakh. Among civil engineering being honest here the placement records is not good enough (might be low package company offers too). There are good companies visiting like Accenture, Z-Associates, TCS, L&T, Infosys, Wipro and lot others too. For us there is COVID situation is there in the placement years and it would definitely had affected the placement for other branches other than CSE.

i suggest that if youll study hard nothing will go wrong. the curriculum is nice ,provides students a good knowledge according to that subjects. and if you'll prepare those subjects nicely you dont need to worry about your placement interviews . there are many seminars conducted which provide students a basic idea of whats going on in the industry , industry experts are very friendly they will provide you a good guidance if youll take initiative to interact with them

MIT does provide placement but the rate is quite low. They don't give high packages. For example if you have just passed out as pharma graduate as a fresher very limited percent of people get job in R and D you can get job as MR. Most of the companies that MIT brought was for MR position.
