COER University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In third year student become eligible for campus placement. But campus placement is getting in fourth year. Many companies are visiting in this college. Mainly computer science students getting placement easily then others. Many offers are made for this college. As I know highest package in this college for computer science is 17 lakhs in few years. But average placement of computer science is 4.5 lakhs per annum. There are approximately 70-80 percent students getting campus placement in many types of salary. There are many rounds are happened for campus placement. I try to getting campus placement in this college.

College is affiliated to Uttarakhand technical university, Dehradun. College faculty is good and most of the faculties are from IITs and NITs. The course curriculum is totally based upon UTU, Dehradun. It includes 5 subjects per semester, Internship programmes, value-added programs to enhanced skills and many other activities. The college has many committees which are SPIC MACAY for cultural activities, Oorja also for cultural activities, Linguistic for English proficiency, Praharsh NGO, 4 Dance groups and many groups. These committees are basically helping to enhanced skills for students. Odd semester exam held in between December and January and even semester exam held between May and June. The exam is based on which you have learned during the lecture.

It's on road, easy to go to the college by your own or private or goverment transportation, have good environment friendly campus, have good cafeteria, and lots of many facility like practical training instruments but uses less

Those were the best days of my life. My college days those were best however there was much to do in city but still it was good to be there.

College placement are not bad, also it is near to my residential place and faculty members are good. It does not matter how good Or bad image of instituion is depicted but if one tries to achieve something good. COER is capable of providing it all, the Necessary goods and guidance are available if one seeks out for it.

I got admission for Uttarakhand Technical University which affiliated with my college and some other students got admission through a direct medium which is cancer management quota and good students came from counselling but some few are not good but you can say some students are good

They give some freedom to the students like they remove the closing time and opening time of main gate. And focus on practical knowledge more.

Good remark is that environment is very clear and excellent, some faculties are brilliant and phd holders and the bad remark is that there is various number of rules and regulations with fines as punishment

Our college encourages us to entrepreneurship and startup. All the faculty members help us whenever we ask about help.

Apart from the academic environment (outdated) the campus or the hostel life is much better comparatively here.
