Good college

They give some freedom to the students like they remove the closing time and opening time of main gate. And focus on practical knowledge more.

Course is pretty same as the other colleges have. But in this college they force you to cram up the study. And to much take for practical knowledge. Even in 4 year of my engineering they took me 1 time for industrial visit. They also have the bad management system.

I simply say that the placement is vert bad of my college. The invites the fake companies which give you the promise for the job but never let you joined the company. Also they invietes the companies that doesn't match for an engineer like call centre companies, etc.

There are many events in my college like Zion which is a feast that is occur in the end of the year, cricket tournament, basketball tournament, and many more. They also celebrated holi in which we put colors on each other faces and also celebrate vasantpanchmi in which we fly kits in the college.

Fee structure is little high now. In my college time they added automatically a training fee that is 4000 to everyone that they promise to all student that they provide a training from local training centre but later they didn't provide any training.

Yes the college is offer for scholarship but not to everyone they give scholarship to the sc/st catagory.

In my college I think 70% are males and 30% are females. There is also a DIY lab in my college in that you can create or construct something that is technical your self in which they provide you all equipment with kit but it is not free for DIY you havr to register 500 fee.

I didn't opt for hostel because the college is near to my home. But talk about the hostel infrastructure it is pretty old but kind a like of old film college type. The food of mess is good and the price is reasonable of food.

I don't find any usefull of my senior as they are busy in ourself. But altest you get some information about the exam from some of them.

I got my admission through merit. When I was in 12th I think that this is the best college for me and it also near to my home. Thats why I take admission in this college. Also it has name in top 10 colleges of Uttarakhand but when I take admission and later pass from this college. I realised that it is not good as people talk.

Faculty was good in my time of engineering but now they replaced the new unexperienced teachers with the old experienced teachers so that they pay less to the new comers and make profit from them. And also the remaining good teachers also leaving the college because they didn't get the position that they deserve.
