Financial assistance ishan udhoy scholarship this scholarship literally helps those who belong to poor families and helps them in fulfilling their needs.
I like the beautiful campus, playgrounds, gymnasium and also the education system of the university is also good.
Teachers are good and friendly. they help you regarding your problem

Dislikes

Our hostel food is very bad quality. Many times due to the food we suffer from constipation and other unhealthy conditions.
Some of the department also quite bad and some of university area also looking bad.
The hostel mess food is not good and it is unhealthy also

Environment is nice and cool very good place to study
Teachers are well educated they teach us well
Very nice labs and practical rooms for study

Dislikes

Library is too small not allowed books were found
Not good auditorium very dirty and small space
Clean and pure drinking water is not available in college premises

Not all courses are available this college have 11th 12th and for graduation BCOM BA & BCA they should have to add BSC and for futher study they should also have to add masters degree also. As per students information the faculty of bcom is to poor.

Good quality education is provided in this college. Good facilities are given to the students.
Interactive teacher who helped us very much. Teacher also help in every problem
Free wifi is provided with unlimited data.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for campus placement after 6th semester. The companies which visit our college are Vedanta, OIL, NRL, etc. The highest package received by our student is 26 lakh per year. The average package received by our students are 6-7 lakhs per year.

the campus life is good and one can easily co-operate with the friendly environment
the faculities of the college is also good and friendly
there are many curicullam activities in the college feast,sports etc

there must be more interective classes as compared by now
there must be more increment in the infrarastructure
the college must include some more activities in there college

my motivation to take mechanical engineering is that i like the subject and its subject matter. the college have much labs and workshops which is almost enough to become a successfull mechanical engineer.the exams of this branch is also quite moderate to difficult level.

Likes

Good Hostel facilities and good facultly
Nearby local shops and the college is near to the main town area
Peaceful and calm environment for study and also have good place to chill out

Placement Experience:

Every branch is good in terms of placements, but computer science engineering has been seen the highest placements. Other branches are also good , many company govt. And private companies recruit students from this college. Nearly 50 percent students gets placed every year.

Campus and canteen area felt needed improvement and the thing I appreciated most was the environment
My engagement with the campus life was excellent as i got to meet new people and made new friends
The faculties are well trained and most of them are PHd holders

Dislikes

The campus is small compared to other colleges
The security guards are rude to the students
The tuition cost is high and can be an issue for some students

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester the students become eligible for campus placement. The companies like Godrej, ONGC, Flipkart, Pantaloons etc visited and made more than 35% offers. Highest package offered is 3lakhs per annum and average package offered is 1.5 Lakhs per annum. Around 35-40% of the students get placements. My plans after getting the degree is to study further.

Excellence and Innovation: A comprehensive Review of Dibrugarh University

One of the key strength of the this university is about it's diverse range of academic programs, with well equipped labs ,and well educated professora
The university contains personal gym, health center, auditorium,open stage , indoor stadium and out door games court and football field and cricket pitch within the campus
The administration is very responsive with their work ,and very helpful

Course Curriculum Overview:

I basically choosed a program within the Department of Applied Geology, i.e the M.sc tech in applied Geophysics course which I had choosed because of its uniqness and for its job aspects and research aspect which is quite good in the field of Oil and gas Industries, The curriculum prepared well with various mentorship from different universities and which make us learn well about day to day application in the Geophysics field , it also introduce various programming languages which is quite helpful for various aspect in life The course is basically divided into 6th semester each semester is of 6 months and the the course duration is 3 years

I really like my college campus because whenever we are free or fire then we have some places in our college to feel comfortable and relaxed.
There is one more thing that I like so much about my college and this is our library there are so many good and knowledge providing books which can help us to improve our personal life too
Our classes are also good we have smart classes for studying which help us to understand the topic.

Dislikes

Canteen is the most unlike thing of our college because the taste is so poor according to price.
Boys common room is also don't have facilities it's so much dirty and most of the time it is closed and we can't spent our time in common room.

I choose this course because when iam in school than I take this decision that I will start studying commerce and when I passed out from college then I really like the e-commerce sector so I choose to do This course which have e-commerce.

The campus is quite good it's so big & filled with greenary. This place felt like home all these years.
All the teachers behaves so well and all are ready to guide at anytime.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of this is not good, it could be better.
Not all the departments have campus placements. More campus placements should be offered.

Placement Experience:

On the final year students become eligible for campus placements from how much I know. The IT department don't get good package on placement as I have heard about my senior. Only one company came for the offer. some other department from BTech do get campus placements but rate is so low. I am not planning to continue this degree after my graduation I am going for something else.

Dibrugarh University- An ambience to study

Likes

Up-to-date grading and evaluation system which matches the marking system of all the other central and state universities of India.
Active cooperation and guidance from the teachers as when required by the students which is indeed very helpful and appreciative.

Dislikes

The teaching methods could be improvised a bit more to inculcate the new techniques which are more effective and practical

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is updated according to the recent UGC directives and hence it is up to the mark. Coupled with engaging teaching by the faculty, the curriculum gets even more interesting and effective to learn and understand.

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly.

Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters.

The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific.

Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
