The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities
The courses are very good as they probide a vast selection of them.

Dislikes

There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

Review on b Borooah college and it's surroundings

Likes

I love the college environment and the surroundings which is full of tress
The college consists of numerous departments with proper facilities
There is a indoor stadium and a large auditorium

Dislikes

The washrooms are quite dirty and not hygienic
The location of the college is quite polluted and full of traffic
The college campus is also very small as compared to other colleges

As I am a student of BBA therefore the department conducts numerous activities like group discussion and presentation for the betterment of the students and the teachers conduct a lot of activities related to skill development.

The university has a very green and big campus with different biodiversity like dogs and cats .
The professors are very accountable and hard working
The classrooms are very neat and clean with large space and projector

Dislikes

The washroom are little bit dirty.which becomes difficult for students
The classes are very landy. It starts from 9 to 5.
The hostel are little dirty to live and congested

The course curriculum is flexible.The students can get out fo the course any time in a flexible manner.it is also very comprehensive in case of syllabus and time management. If we consider the fees it is very affordable for students.

The university has a very green campus with different biodiversity. It has a beautiful botanical garden.
The professors are very accountable and hardworking
The classrooms are very neat and clean with large space and projectors

The class hours are very lengthy from 9to 5

Teacher's are so respectful and friendly to us.
In our department projectors are have ..
Musium also have in our college and library also.

Dislikes

College Kenting is taking more money as not the price of roti.
In our college results are getting late.
Decks and bench are some damaged and shaking also.

Review on B. Borooah college and its campus

The student teacher interaction is the top most thing that i liked here, the classes held here is not like normal college classes rather its like a normal school class where teachers and students interact very well
The campus is full of quite natural beauty and cool environment, it has a playground in the center, it has the facility of gymnasium, there is a college pond in the back of the college where usually the students gather and spends time
the infrastructure is enough to maintain the college like this.. it has all the basic requirements

Dislikes

the campus is not that big which is the main reason to dislike it
few departments are not that active while taking classes. they usually skip the class
the college authority could develop their infrastructure to reboot the environment of the college to motivate students

the curriculum is quite good in my opinion, it provides a dynamic and comprehensive view point to our future lifestyles. the curriculum provides us a wide view point to see our life and survive in this world. the exam timings are good and regular. its enough for college student

The faculties in our college is superb.They are so cooperative with the students.They also help us in labs with the experiments and also teach us each and every words.
The campus of our college is soo large and beautiful.There are so many workers in our college who just keep the environment so clean and neat.
There are so many extra curricular activities occurs in our college.Many students are also there who participate in various activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In our Zoology Department Professor are very friendly and well trained. They make all our concept clear by ensuring all our concept is clear. Exams occurs in every 3 months. And the exams are bit tuff , students need to attend their class regularly in order to score good marks .

Likes

The teachers are really good and friendly. They teach us really well
The classes are regular and in well disciplined.
Other than studies many other extra curricular activities take place.

Dislikes

The compound is too small. Not soo big like the universities do have.
The auditorium is also not soo big that all students can fit in an event.
The library is not capable of holding a good amount of students.

I am really interested in studying geography to know about the earth. So I choose geography as my major subject.The exams occurs in every 3 months. The exams are not very hard to appear but in order to score good marks one should attend classes regularly.

College focused many cultural and extra curricular activities . Becauseany student able to represent our college in different types of district state national international level program. And good news is that many students are able to carry prizes.
I like BBEC because all the faculty staffs are very friendly and supportive. They tried to give best of the best to each and every student. They also help for project related works.
All the book's are available in central library

Dislikes

There are mainly 3 Buses in the college but bus service are poor
No proper reading room are available here.
Average students got placement in every year.

Placement Experience:

Placement - Average. In this yearanu student placed in different types of psu, Company etc. Like NRL,BCPL, BERGER Paints etc Many students selected for apprenticeship, internship etc many reputed organization Like Power grid,REC,TRTC etc

The environment of the college campus is good . There are many trees in the campus .
Teachers of this college are good. In my department the teachers are good.
The library of the college is good . We also have e-library facility.

Dislikes

Some parts of the college need to repair. Some departments specialy mathematics and statistics department should be build properly.
Some of the faculty members are in the college is not good. Their behaviour is bad .
Their should be a boy's hostel in the college.

I like the teaching methods. Every semester is 6th month long. The sessional exam is conducted after 3-4 months of semester starting and after 1 month the final exam is conducted. The difficulty level is moderate I guess.

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.

Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.

Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.

Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.

Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.

The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
