The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities
The courses are very good as they probide a vast selection of them.

Dislikes

There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

Likes

Teachers were kind very helpful towards students
Principal was also kind very friendly with students
There is no issue with attendance doesn’t need full attendance

Dislikes

Non teaching staff are too rude with the students which sits in counter

The cirriculum doesn't prepare for the real world But it will give you the best bookish knowledge from the cirriculum the areas for improvements are To give practical knowledge to students And have internships program

Cultural activities and sports are prioritise

Infrastructure is not good. Most of the things are under construction
No air conditioning in the class rooms .
There is no open stage in the college for functions

There are no specific aspects to get influenced to choose a particular course. We have to give a exam called CEE to get admission in government engineering college. The course gives us confidence and prepares for real world no improvement required currently The difficulty level is medium and exams are held in a gap of 6 months

Tezpur Law College is awesome.

Likes

Extracurricular activities such as sports and freshers party are engaging.
The college has an impoving infrastructure.
The canteen has a reasonable pricing as per students

The faculty and union body have to improve a bit more on management.
The college should provide more opportunities for internships and placements.
The college should improve a bit on the basis of cleanliness and hygiene.

A very beautiful and well maintained campus
Very experienced and friendly faculty members
All the laboratories are modern and well equipped

I choose botany honours to study about plants and I am very much satisfied with darrang college. •The faculty members are well experienced •Teachers are able to solve all the doubts. •Laboratories are well equipped. •All the required specimens are available in the department Also the department has a large botanical garden which contains various local and foreign trees, orchids and many more varieties of plants

Our college campus was very big and in the campus every thing has present like shop saloon market
The professor’s are very humble and good
The whole college campus is greenery. Many trees seeing in the campus

In the campus is like forest in many places
Feild are renovating very shortly beacuse it is very bad for students
Market place is giving dustbin beacuse all dustinbin are demage

Balancing Expectations: Realistic college review

Gender Ratio: The student population had a balanced 1:1 ratio of boys and girls. Although there was some indirect segregation
Few good teachers: Some faculty members were supportive and knowledgeable. Their positive teaching methods stood out
Basic Campus Amenities: The college had the essential infrastructure, such as AC in a few classrooms. Although nothing particular stood out

Dislikes

Outdated infrastructure: Classrooms had old benches and desks and labs were equipped with outdated computers. Heavy rains caused leaks in some areas.
Minimal Faculty Support: Many teachers were rude and there was a lack of academic and personal support.
Poor Placement Services: The placement support was ineffective with mediocre workshops and nothing that helped in genuine career advancement.

I didn't research the course much before joining so I can't comment on its specific aspects that influenced my decision. It needs more up-to-date information a. t it was difficult to keep up with assignments and the overall difficulty was moderate.

I liked collage campus it's lively and positive every day..it feel good positivity surrounding .No of girls and boys are same
Regular classes ,teachers are very good in teaching friendly and helping and giving extra guidance which helps us a lot .
Facility is excellent..all things in library and labs are well organised clean and peaceful..campus is clean

Dislikes

Hostels could be improved..some buildings need to be upgraded and some buildings needs repair
They must provide internships facility much required ..and more stuffs to handle in sports
I think girls common room and boys common rooms can be made better and fix

I would rate my Botany course most relevant and good overall i love learning about plamts it covers various topics like ecology molecular biology It helps us for jobs and research students its bery helpful and internship .Some things can be made better like having internships opportunities field work lab jobs assistants which keeps lab we'll maintained..If group words peojevts included it wud be more fun..and give more preference on teaching guiding for real life job.Overall good exams are conducted well and disciplined

Best College under Gauhati University

Likes

The college campus is so peaceful, we have a park in the campus we can do rest there. We have a large playground of basketball.
Classes are so large and we have so many fans in there.
We've so many trees in our campus and our campus is so clean.

Dislikes

The bathroom in our is dirty, i don't like that
Our department is not so comfort, and our bench in the classrooms are not so comfortable
Our mentors are so good, we gained so many helps from them

Fees and Financial Aid:

The year wise fees we pay is 13000/- Around 6k we paid during admission in per semester and others are exam fees we pay during exam The tuition fee is 1020/- And the admission fee is 400/- Laboratory fee 1000/- And the rest we pay in cultural programme, electricity etc.

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.

Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.

Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.

Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.

Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.

The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
