- My friend got a scholarship so i can verify it truly happens and is a great opportunity for students with low parental income to ease their parent's financial pressure
- The college has really good placements, a lot of companies offer a lot of job opportunities and the packages are quite high as well.
- Faculty expertise: iit delhi often attracts experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. students benefit from their guidance and mentorship.

- The hostel facilities are not as good as expected the meal is too bad.
- The race academy curriculum at iit delhi can be intense and demanding a leading to high levels of stress and pressure among students
- 75 percentage criteria is not good. moreover, classes are whole day from 8am to 6pm.

I like electronics and hardware, so i chose electrical engineering. I always wanted to study engineering and get into IIT since i was in 9th grade. The diversity of courses, campus itself, seniors are very helpful and so are the professors, and the level of exposure are some things i like about my college.

Daily routine at this college is very strict.
Teachers use all the modern means and techniques. Almost hundred students are able to achieve the scholarships There are scholarships for financially and socially backward students.

The fees is slightly on the higher side and you may have to spend around Rs. 2.4 lakhs per annum.
Scholarship is available based on merit. The Institute provides a lot of flexibility in building your degree.

Getting into IIT was a dream for me, since I joined fiitjee. I took coaching for 2 years during my 12th. I had to study both for boards and entrance. But the coaching I was getting was very good. That's why I could make it into the IIT's.

In boys hostle some of the students get the opportunity to live in single rooms from first year onwards however with increase in batch strength this may change. Labs are very good if you actually study. Grading system is hard. If you dont study you will definitely get a Fail/Backlog in that subject.

Proximity to home, reputation of college, curriculum and grading policies are reasonable, research environment is good, have multiple MoUs with industry and other institutes, would have pursued Mathematics and Computing but due to heavy competition rank determines the course

I chose this college because it was my dream college and it was the best. It have many facilities and also have a good campus life. We get all things around the campus easily as it is located in city.

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season. The hostels of IIT Delhi are facilitated with a mess, washing machines, and drinking water supply on each floor. Here are some pictures of the IIT Delhi hostel rooms-
