My friend got a scholarship so i can verify it truly happens and is a great opportunity for students with low parental income to ease their parent's financial pressure
The college has really good placements, a lot of companies offer a lot of job opportunities and the packages are quite high as well.
Faculty expertise: iit delhi often attracts experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. students benefit from their guidance and mentorship.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not as good as expected the meal is too bad.
The race academy curriculum at iit delhi can be intense and demanding a leading to high levels of stress and pressure among students
75 percentage criteria is not good. moreover, classes are whole day from 8am to 6pm.

Insights nto IIT Delhi's undergraduate program

Remarks:

Decision to join IIT Delhi was driven by the idea that joining one of the top 7 IITs would prove to be more beneficial in terms of opportunities than joining other IITs irrespective of the branch. Delhi also being my home town made the case just stronger.

MBA at IIT Delhi.

Remarks:

This course has a huge importance for those who wants to pursue a career in the Management era. MBA course of this Institute is taught in an easy way that one should opt for it. Students have to pass Bachelor's degree with 60% marks and at least 5% CGPA followed by CAT and PI.

Remarks:

IIT is the best technical college in India. There is no other college in our country which gives the kind of exposure IIT gives. I have thought to clear jee since from childhood, hence, I wrote JEE Advance.

SPECTRA OF IIT DELHI

Remarks:

Around 10000 students currently study at IIT Delhi, among them 55% are the students who pursue masters, PHD, Post doc etc. In my course course i. e. M.Sc Chemistry around 0.5% students of the total strength lies. The admission to M.Sc Chemistry at IIT's is possible by the entrance exam named as Joint Admission Test (JAM) Which is usually conducted in the month of february every year. After the annoucement of JAM result around 20 march, counselling process starts in the month of May and finally students get enrolled in the month of july in their respective colleges.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good compared to colleges with a similar profile and affordability. The college is one of the best in the NCR region. All the students get placed in the college with some getting more than one offers also. I plan to go into the analytics and finance domain also complete management from the college.

DMS-Home away from home

Placement Experience:

Placements are top of the class with 100 percent placement. The average package for batch for 2020 is 22 lakhs. My plans after getting this degree are to work in corporate space and in a few year rise up to the mid-management of a reputed firm.

DMS Review

Placement Experience:

The placements for the batch of 2019 were excellent with the average being around 22 LPA. Many good companies visited the campus for the final recruitment like Shell, Amazon, Bain, GE, Wipro, KPMG etc. The ROI is high when compared to other institutes.

Placement Experience:

The final placements start in the month of December and it takes place in 2 phases. The highest package goes up to 32 lakhs with mean CTC at 22 LPA and median at 20 LPA. DMS witnesses 100 percent placements every year.

Placement Experience:

The college does provide 100% internship and placement opportunities to the students in various domains such as sales and marketing, finance, consulting, and operations. Many renowned companies visit the campus for final placement. The average CTC for final placement is around 20L per annum which begins at the end of the 3rd semester.

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season.
