Jamia Millia Islamia is central university in New Delhi, The course is only 7000 per year since many years but fees may vary from course to course. The course for engineering course is only 10,000 per year, However they also provide various scholarship and financial aid too.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees are the same almost every year. No fees hike policy by Jamia authority. Scholarships are available here, you can fill in a Jamian like Azmi scholarship, Jamia Teacher Association scholarship, women Scholarship and much technical support. Besides this one can apply for a government scholarship. I received 9000 rs in government scholarship NSP.

There is no scholarship available. Also, the fees are affordable so I've not seen any case of Loan. If you are a topper in your batch, then you can ask for a scholarship stating the financial condition of your family.
