How is mechanical engineering of PDPU compared to the mechanical engineering of Nirma?

According to the reviews online and talking to some of my friends, I got to know that both the colleges are really good. Both the colleges have lively atmosphere and culture and also, the faculties are really good and give great placements. You won’t regret joining either of two. Though life in Nirma is a bit tougher and more suffocating than PDPU. But, the Mechanical Engineering department in both the colleges are amazing. But yes, it is much better in Nirma as far as course curriculum and studies are concerned. Placements are good in both colleges. Top companies such as Reliance and Adani Power come to PDPU for recruitment and in Nirma companies such as Cognizant, Evosys, ZS Associates, Reliance participates. So overall if you are getting mechanical at Nirma then go for it. According to the current status of different engineering branches, Chemical Engineering at PDPU is preferred due to a number of reasons stated below. My Name is Soham Panchal, I am doing my graduate degree in mechanical engineering at Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar. I paid 2,55,000 rupees as my total college fees per year which includes tuition fees and registration fees per semester. The college fees depend on the category of admission as the student who gets admission in the TFW(Tuition fee waiver) Category only pays the registration fees of 3,000 per semester. Also, the college provides scholarships on JEE scores and your cgpa in semesters. The Hostel fees on campus are around 1,50,000(Varies every year) but if you opt for private hostels near Pdeu, it will cost you 1,60,000-2,20,000.

The PDEU Experience - A deep comprehensive review.

It costs 300 to apply for this course on college Website under all india category. The fees per year for this 4 year course is 2,50,000. This includes all the fees required to study in the college. There is no breakdown of this amount provided to me. But I havent haf to pay any other amount to study. So yes, 2.5L is the yearly fees for this course. Also, this whole fees will be voided if you are under AIR 70000 in JEE Mains for Mechanical Engineering Course. There is no information with me regarding fees for reserved categories, but I believe its the same if you directly take admission from college's website.

There is no fixed tuition fees increment rate as of now. The scholarship are available based on your JEE rank or also through your grades you got at the semester examinations. There are some waivers available for SC/ST/OBC students. There are no campus employment jobs for students. The tuition fees is close to Rs.120000 per semester. The hostel fees is Rs.140000 per year and the mess charges for day scholar is Rs 32000 per year.

A best for study in Gujarat

As the fees of this university are somewhat higher than the other universities. The 1-year course fee is around 2,40,000 and if anyone opts for a hostel is around 1,50,000 per year.
