Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

A BIT ABOUT KKR CAMPUS.

Remarks:

OLD CAMPUS, CITY MID CAMPUS AND ECO FRIENDLY, PLACEMENT IS RELATIVELY GOOD THEN OTHERS. AMAZON, GOOGLE , AMARICAN EXPRESS, MARVELL ,PHLIPS LIKE COMPANIES COMES FOR INTERNSHIP FOR THE DURATION OF 11-12 MONTH FOR M.TECH STUDENTS. ALMOST EVERYONE GET PLACED IN INTERNSHIP IF GOOD IN CODING SKILL.

National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra Being here is a win win.

Remarks:

It is one of the best colleges in India for the course i wanted to do for my post graduation. I prepared for Nimcet exam in last year of graduation and got admission in it.At last you need to perform well in the exam in order to score better rank so that you get admitted in this collegenitkkr.ac.in

A NITian review for PG in mechanical of batch 2020 of NITKKR.

Placement Experience:

The internship of one year with PPO comes at end of 2nd sem of MTech and placements come from 3rd sem. Companies like L&T, Tata Motors, Stryker, Oxygen, ByJus, Capgemini, Accenture, Delhivery, Hero, Maruti and Suzuki, Godrej, ARB Bearings, Infosys and many more visit say 50+ visits and among them, for Mtech there are 30+ companies. The process of placement includes pre-placement talk, written test followed by technical and HR interview. Many coaching institutes also visit to hire MTech students. The median salary is 500000/- INR pa and highest is 22 lakh and the lowest is 400000/- pa. Approx 30-45% get placed as an intern and placed students. I had planned for PhD so I headed for that and currently doing PhD from IIT Delhi.

Remarks:

I chose this college for my mtech because of my stream which I pursued. Also, the aura of this college is nice. There is greenery and 13 hostels for boys and 3 for girls. So, no difficulty in spending your destined time in this college. There are all facilities available in the college. One stop point for everything you need in academics and while living in the hostel.

NIT KKR Diaries

Remarks:

I choose this college since it is the best which i was getting out of my rank. Also it comes in 6th position among all NITs and 42nd all over india. The good thing about this college is that being an old college(estd. 1963) it has its own reputation and also its rank is constantly getting enhanced.Thbad aspect of this college is its infrastructure since it is an old college so it lacks good infrastructure as compared to other new NITs.But our current director is on a mission to revamp the infrastructure of our college.

In the 3rd yr of B.Tech students are eligible for internship drive. In the final year, you can get placements. companies like Iocl, bel, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata, Microsoft, Maruti etc. You can get an average package of 6 lpa if you opt for mechanical engineering. The highest package in ME was 20 LPA. Around 85% of students get placements every year. I prepared for GATE.
