Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

NITKKR, World of Happiness !!

Remarks:

In terms of MCA, NIT Kurukshetra comes in 5th position among all the other NITs. But to be in this college, one must have to score a good rank in the NIMCET entrance exam. The placements are also quite good.

Remarks:

It is firstly a Tier-1 college and of national level. Big MNC's visited here for placements. Future is gonna be bright if you get the platform of NIT KKR. And for the fun - zone here are many clubs in which you can take part and have fun after college ends in evening.

NIT Kurukshetra - A closer look

Remarks:

Pros: 1. Some experienced professor (ECE Dept. ) - This review is solely based for the electronics and communication department. The department has some really good professor and some whose class you will dread. 2. Good labs and curriculum: The equipment in the labs are functional, if someone is really into electronics they can get some work done. 3. Good connectivity: Since the college is closer to Delhi, you need not worry about placement. Although it is not as good as other colleges of Delhi but sure it stands out from the crowd. The placement records have improved over the years and some giant companies have hired enormously from this college. Cons:1. Some professors are very rigid to their pedagogy.2. The time table is very exhausting: The time table is not designed to suit the students but rather the professors. The classes start from 8.30 till 4.30 leaving very little time for socializing and extra curricular activities.3. Lack of entrepreneur mentality: You have to be very selective of your crowd lest you should find yourself in the rat race for placements.

Campus days @NITkurukshetra

Remarks:

Reputation and location, it is one of the best institute for studying core engineering, as a part of civil engineering department, we had great professors not all but some. Placement history of th college students get placed in good industries, with a lot of MNC visiting the campus for hiring. Another reason was geography, near cities like chandigarh and Delhi with a good transport facility so attending workshops or sessions at the places was easier. Also I was guided by seniors that it is a great place to learn and grow.

good aspects include nice placement for my course, proximity of Capital Delhi (help to prepare for higher education), proper connectivity to industry, new updated syllabus and curriculum, nice campus life.admission process is through JOSAA & CSAB counseling held after JEE advance results.I used college Duniya , quora , Google ,etc. for selecting

Remarks:

because of good previous year placement stats. Also impressed with the exponential growth in NIRF ranking of the college over past few years. I was expected and i get electronics department in the college that is presently biggest branch of the college and the advantage in ece is that the student get exposed to both ccore and code so the student may take his career decision more precisely.

NIT KURUKSHETRA Review

Remarks:

I am student of master in embedded systems design. I am categories is in two points1) Education and placement- M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded system design from here is good choice in terms of leaning and placement. All the faculties are experienced. In both branch mostly students are got internship in VLSI companies ( NXP, INTEL, AMD, XILINX, QUALCOM, Samsung, Mentor graphics, Synopsis, Cadence etc.)In Last year have 20 students strength all are placed. In our batch have 50 Student strength almost are got placed.And here the college fee and hostel fee both are less in respect to other colleges.2) Environment and infrastructure- Infrastructure is good and well maintained. Environment is clean and green. And hostel food is hygienic and tasty but only vegetarian food is present in campus.Many technical and cultural event is organised to me to time.

From the one fresh out of NIT, Kurukshetra

Remarks:

Good: Great NIRF rank(under 50), Great Campus, Proximity to Captial, College administration putting efforts to improve the quality of offerings, Flexible proagrams, strong alumni network etc.Bad: Departments don't put effort in implementing new ideas by the administration, Placement took a hit this year as Placement support from campus office is really bad and the student comittee alone pushes the placement.
