An overview on TJohn College, Bangalore

Likes

there are a lot of events conducted by the college throughout the year on a daily basis
inspite of the events our college doesn't compromise with academics of the students
faculties and higher authorities encourage to take part actively in extra curricular activities throughout the year

Dislikes

lack of practical knowledge is provided to have a kick start in companies
there is lower level of guidance and job encouragements and college is not able to decide upon the planned activities
no practical exposure to the fields related to our interest or specialization

Placement Experience:

students of the last semester are only eligible for campus placements, there are a good number of companies visiting the college for the same but the percentage of students getting placed are low around 30%. I'm planning to work in big4 followed by MBA after completion of the degree.

College is giving very good opportunity for students coming from villages and poor background just use it in the proper

The teaching is just awesome the professors are so experienced and thought us very effectively and the teachers give more concentration on concept clearance and the teachers will bring instruments to the class to teach students practically .
Hostel fees is less and very useful for economically backward students and below poverty students can get quality education in UVCE
Professors are very friendly and humble and college atmosphere is also good and professors have very good external link so we can get internship opportunities very easily

Dislikes

Results announcement are very late in my time now it's improved and no proper office staff and more issues in the results announcement
Results will be announced messy and students have to wait so many time for revaluation and re exams
College needs a office and management staff to change the issues related to admission and results

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester only companies visit to college and students all are eligible for the placements. And for cse and isc the software companies will visited like jp Morgan and ibm and etc for ECE and EEE and civil and mech core companies will visit like sattva , Bosco.LAnd T and godrej and boyce etc every company will recute 10- 12 members based on performance and highest packege is 32LPA and lowest is 3.25 LPA . I am placed in the civil core company i am working there only

Stranded in college

Likes

Class wise full good and communication for lectures and most o understanding classes all are equal too , no partiality for teacher and student, good hardworking for the lecture and student will give that effort and study as well over all studing good
Many program in this Collegee , freshers is wonderful program many events will conduct and successfull Raging free campus Senior are good noo pointed out sports wise good participate all the program
The teachers are good and understanding class and all over this Collegee have full freedom noo other the restriction in college and hostel good

Dislikes

Girl and boys should bee keep the decorum that will be not ok with this Collegee the
Security are bore hair should be cut if we are late this securities will not entering the college that why we don't like this securities
Faculties have different face they were like arrogant they were act like we were studying by they're sympathy

It was a good decision to take my professional course I am great to choose this course many vaccancy in abroad. And we are hardworking. And the faculties are to good classes are provided and posting wil be conducted in many hospital and practice, we can understand to related this field and communication of patients , the exam is to be the Rajeev Gandhi University it aa strict university and the exam and questions should be unpredictable,and 3 hour for exam . I have many improvement for my faculties communication and understanding.

Where one finds peace

Likes

It has a eco- friendly campus where it promotes greenary and proper waste disposal.
A rag- free campus where students are free to express their thoughts.
Flexible class timings which is comfortable and peaceful

Dislikes

Discipline is must and follows dictatorship at a small point.
Too many restricted areas where students are prohibited from entering.
Lacks namma metro route towards college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Internal assessment of 20 marks which are easy. Mid term exams which are of 30 marks and final exams of 80 marks. Exams are tricky but easy to write. The curriculum can be improved by making theory to practical teaching.

Likes

The campus is quite clean, with a chill vibe to it.
The girls to boys ratio is relatively 50-50, with girls having a slight edge (not sure)
The teachers are all good at their job, which is teaching.

Dislikes

Attendance in classes is quite weaponised by teachers, making use of it against students in unfair methods.
The classes are for the most part quite boring.
The college prohibits male students to be free with their clothing or hair/ facial hair. Girls on the other hand get a free pass for almost any fashion choices they might have.

Honestly, other than hearing quite a lot about how placements are good in this college, such as how top companies recruit from here and how a lot of students have gotten placements, I've not really looked into it. I'm in my second semester of college, and so far nothing has been mentioned regarding the same. My plans after my degree is probably to get a job, preferably from placements, and alongside with it do an additional course to build my resume.

Affordable college

Likes

Very affordable for middle class families.
Peaceful environment,outside the city and nice overall environment
Big campus with lot of resources and good environment

Dislikes

Hostel food quality is very bad and can be improve
No sports activities in college and no sports activities
They can improve the equipments in hostel

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is overall good they can improve the quality of syllabus and topics overall easy and good. Exams are on semester basis and average. They can improve the standard of syllabus and traditional teaching style.

The college fee is affordable and its worth every money
The college provide vareity of sports event like volleyball,badminton,cricket ,amd so much more
They provide hostel facilities, library amd other events

Dislikes

They dont have a good campus. Even though we have other rooms they lack a good campus
The college do not provide any facilities like extra uniform ,or any other things
The college dont provide semister wise leave

The couse b.com is a really good course ,my friends suggested me this course amd overall its a pretty decent course. The subjects include bussiness management,accountancy,english,additional english ,economics .

The college provides good programmes every festival
The college lecture are very good at what they do. They take classes very good .
They have libraries where so many important book are provided for each course

Dislikes

The college is located far away from the city, but not that far.
They don't have a good campus and the other place
Some of the rules, doesn't give you any freedom. Relationship should be kept private

Course Curriculum Overview:

The renal dialysis technology curriculum is decent. It can be a good choice for those looking to pursue a career in healthcare with a higher salary. It covers topics like Human anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, microbiology, basic dialysis, pathology.

Collage is less expensive and affordable
Teachers are very friendly and helpfuling
Collage canteen food is superb and afordable

The collage has no campus to enjoying the life

I choose bsc mit(medical imaging technology ) good course easy to study from second year but first year is difficult because 5 subjects but in second year first year this 5 subject is not helpful for the studying

Hasanath college is worst college ever

Nothing, students they will bully other students

Dislikes

Teachers are not will educated and they don't know properly about that topic
Teachers are rude and principal is rude, mean and greedy
Students bullying other students and if you complain it to principal or teachers they will blame on you only and insult you only and omly functions no proper classes are taken

Waste of time and money don't take admission in that college You will spoil your life No future of students graduate from there Opt for better college I have waste my 1 year in that college and now i am leaving that college this year because they gave me mental and emotional stress and i have completely waste my one year in that college i have learn nothing from that college

According to the reviews online, Bangalore University (BU) is an average university and is known to be deteriorating day by day.

Students are irritated by their evaluation system.
They tend to check the answer sheets carelessly.
The faculty never completes the syllabus.
The announcement of results is delayed quite often.
The condition of the campus is deteriorating and no action is taken to solve it.
There is a lack of core technical subjects in B.Com.

It is suggested that you do not go for BU, as it won't provide learning and understanding courses, topics and the concepts. It will be better if you opt for VTU instead.
